Tuesday, April 9, 2019 was my second time visiting this shop. The first visit was about 1 week prior, at the initial visit I got a full set pink gel, which started lifting and chipping just 1 week later. On my second visit I mentioned and showed the areas that were terrible to the technician and all she did was say okay. She proceed to give me the fill I requested and it was not done properly, you can still see the areas that are cracked, the area of the previous gel, nails lifting at the side, etc. I went back yesterday Wednesday and spoke to Amy (manager or owner I suppose) I showed her everything and explained that this is not okay her response was that my nails look just fine in her opinion and she can't fix anything and that I need to come back in a week and pay half price for it to be fixed. I feel like that is completely unfair for her response and solution to the problem of my nails not being done properly from the initial visit when I received a full set. I will not return, customer service is not good at all, with the exception of the technicians lilly and tou (I believe that's his name) they serviced my cousin and her nails are still in great condition and no fill needed 2 weeks later. Amy never disappoint ???? I wish she was there on week days as well. Everyone else who works there are lazy especially Lily. Also the younger lady always says she can’t do anything but always catch her doing what she said she don’t do what so hard in a refill. I’m just tired of this place it’s not Im asking for free service. I’ll wait for Amy on the weekends. They always turning business away and it’s sad. I give them two stars because of Amy.
The experience at this Nail Salon is GREAT,the staff is very professional and kind, l would highly recommend King Nails to all my Family members and friends.

Thu Tran does horrible work. I don't know why I keep thinking that the quality would get better. I just wasted time and money, especially on a simple refill with gel polish.

No saben lo que es la amabilidad y cortesía para con el cliente… nosotros pagamos por un servicio y esperamos lo mínimo.
Mal trato, cero amabilidad, pésimo trabajo, me lastimaron el pie y lo mismo paso con una muchacha sentada a mi costado !

I had went to another salon where the service was horrible my nails did not come out as I wanted. I came to Kings Nails and Manny fixed what the other salon did wrong and more. He was super nice , it's very clean and prices are good too , I left a nice tip and it made his day too. See you in a few weeks Manny ! The rest of the staff seems very friendly also from my observations and there seemed to be regulars in there which says alot.
