Came for regular pedicure and gel manicure- lady who did my manicure cut 7 of 10 fingers removing the Gel. Once I said I no longer wanted her to polish my nails she continued the rest of the manicure roughly. Then charged me $10 to take off the gel. My total was only $5 less than it would have been if I got a gel manicure. $25 for the pictures attached. Will NOT be back
Peter won me over when I lost my card and didn't have enough cash, he told me to come back tomorrow. Plus they were there after 830 to finish my service without complaint. Luckily, PNC was in the center and I could get a one time access code from the app for cash. I love going to Peter. But everyone is great. Out of the 50 or more visits over the past few years I only had one where I wasn't thrilled about the outcome. (Peter wasn't the tech, it was just a pedi where the paint was wonky) Peter is fast, accurate, and pays attention to detail; sometimes I have to stop him. Saying if people are looking that closely at my nails they need a life. But he's fantastic. I wish I knew everyone else's names. Lynn is great and funny too.
Why would you make appointments and not bother to keep them? 2 hours of my life I'll never get back. Not even a courtesy apology for long wait. Appointment for 3 pm now 3:39 pm. Taking bets if I should stay or not.
So I read the reviews before going.. It was 50/50 So I was like okay lets get it, we will see how it will be… but tbh I love them, the person who did my nails really took care of it well.. I would Visit again☺️
Great service, for me anyway. Who don't like a good pedicure and calf massage? I don't think I'd go without the wife but I felt comfortable and not out of place. I can't speak on price, idk what's standard.
LeeAnn is great, she does the BEST pedicure I've had in a long time, and my nails look GREAT!! After searching and going thru 4 salons since relocating here....I've found my tech!!!
My go to for Acrylic long nails been going for a few years now always love my nails.
This salon is absolutely disgusting. I went to get a manicure and a pedicure yesterday and as I sat in the chair I noticed that they never cleaned or disinfected any of the pedicure bowls or chairs. The lady that serviced me did not put on a fresh pair of gloves, but instead used dirty gloves that were already used. The service was rushed and the woman who serviced me was too rough and she filed my skin instead of my nail. Not to mention the woman that serviced my mother was so rough she split her skin. After i received my gel manicure I saw the woman take the implements she had used on me and put them in a new bag as if they were brand new. She never cleaned the tools but decided to put them in a bag to use onto the next client. Of all the nail salons that I have gone to this by far is the worst salon i’ve ever been too. I advise anyone going to this salon to choose another the quality as well as the customer service is subpar. I’m really surprised someone hasn’t contacted OSHA because this salon is truly unsanitary, dirty tools and equipment, flies and dust everywhere.
