I’ve always like this location, and I’m sure you’re not allowed to return hair, which is why I’m very confused as to why the extensions I purchased look used. They came out of the package with a fried tangled knot in one piece. The ties holding the hair together were poorly twisted into the hair and clumps of hair were missing out of the smaller pieces. They raised their prices higher than other stores but the quality wasn’t worth it this time :/ they are very friendly people so I hope this is just a one off.

I love their new set up and how everything is spaced out. It's a beauty supply store so I can get my needs all at one place vs. shopping at non beauty stores and having to shop around.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed. Their selection is incredible. Nails, lashes, hair and everything in between...they've got it all at the best prices in town. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful, answering all of my silly questions. If you haven't had the opportunity to visit Kim's Beauty Supply, you should.

Staff seems to watch the hell out of you. It's a little annoying but understandable. Decently priced items.

❤️ LOVE THE NEW LOOK!!! ???????????????? They remodeled the store so I was a caught off guard when I first walked in because it was so much brighter and open. Very organized. The temperature was very hot inside though. That made shopping uncomfortable, I had to hurry up and grab stuff and get outta there, I started sweating ????

I mistakenly bought the wrong hair and right after I tried to get them to let me get the right hair that was cheaper. I even said they could keep the extra money, I just wanted the right hair and the lady was unwilling to work with me. I understand that they say no exchanges, but when I barely left your store and willing to let you keep the extra money and you’re still unwilling, that’s not customer service! I’ve spent so much money there with how expensive hair is and I’ve never tried to switch before. Doesn’t sit right with me!
