Unfortunately it’s a terrible service. The lady ar the counter wanted to charge me 2 extra dollars for an item when the tag clearly said the price and after I told her the price it said, she explicitly told me I could go somewhere else. Not only this but even though I took another item and left the one she wanted to overcharge, she threw the change. After she went to check the item and saw the price I had previously told her however did not even acknowledge nor apologized. I will definitely not give my money to this place again. It seems like her staff feels some sort of way as they even gave us that look as if they came real with her when she was putting the overcharged item back.
I been coming here for years l love their selections of wigs and they have many others things and products and the owners and the sales person they are funny and cool and they always take time to help ????
I've been a customer of Kim's for years. The staff is always nice and helpful. Good selection of braiding hair and products.
They have a fair selection of brands/products. There are different isles that have the same/repeat products on their shelves.
They have a lot of brands/selections. It doesn't matter if you need some stuff for an old technique or if it's the supplies being used in the latest YouTube tutorial on how to.... This place probably has it. They also have a wig collection upstairs... When your in there tho, and you look up those stairs, you probably think it's a dark attic space not a show room with more options. It's a show room, just ask and they will turn on the lights and let you up to check it out.
I bought a wig from here and the owner took my money and afterward when I said thank you she said nothing back didn’t even make eye contact. Makes me want to change my mind about shopping here again. It was a small asian lady at the cash register not sure what her name was. But the wig was overall very nice reason I gave it two stars instead of one.
I came into this store one time and it will most definitely be my last, the lady at the front register (I’m assuming her name is Kim), is super rude and comes off as racist. The store itself is great, there’s a wide variety of the things you would need at a “ beauty supply store “. But what I did not like is the demeanor of the staff, instead of greeting you and asking how they could be of help, they instead follow you around as if you’re some kind of thief or as if you’re paying with EBT. I’ll take my black money else where, thank you.
I went to every beauty supply store in Bayonne and a lot in Jersey City so I said let me stop at Kim's and I found everything that I was looking for right there. The prices are so reasonable.
