It has the basic needs but the wigs aren’t that great. You might get lucky with a few of them but not often. They have a great selection of braiding hair and a lot of the know hair products. In a pinch it works. You can get what you need for a quick weekend wig or if you need some braiding hair and minor accessories.
PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING: I have been coming here for years and years and I’ve never witnessed such a horrible argument. A young lady came in because one of the owners that is a women has claimed to customer that the extensions she was getting were real hair and she paid $180 even when the original price was $169.99, the young lady explained that she tried to bleach it to match the original hair color of the scalp hairs, and it melted completely, he began yelling at her and speaking in a manner that personally I wouldn’t allow and she also made that clear to him that he needs to stop yelling at her. He refused to give her a refund and would not allow her to exchange the item since he could “not resell it” seeing that the half that she began to bleach melted. He continued to yell at her and he would act very ignorant towards her. He didn’t even have the nerve to call up the lady that had told her that she could bleach it to confirm what she said. I am very disappointed and I won’t be coming back. I normally never make reviews on Google about places but this was just very bad. As soon as she brought up the fact that they even charged her $180 when it was originally $169.99 he said it was “taxes” which is a complete lie. They not only lied to her and stole from her they scammed her. When she left with what was left of her dignity I walked up to the counter as he saw me he expected me to check out but in reality I just placed everything back in its place and said no thank you. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND THEY ARE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO, I hope she gets her money back while working at a beauty saloon. I hope KARMA bites them.
Staff is rude,they treat every customer like a criminal, watching their every move. A very negative atmosphere. Their products are cheap(not good) or expired. The extentions are thin, and shed like crazy, no matter the brand.the wigs are horrible. The store is always dirty.
I haven't had any problems here. I used to go to the "other" beauty supply store until I felt like the lady tried to make some racial remarks regarding black hair. So I haven't went back since and I've NEVER experienced that here. They always have what I need as well and they stay open the latest as well. Hopefully I won't have to come back and change it. ????
Didn't have merchandise I was looking for, older gentleman in store did not respond to greetings from me when I entered the store followed me up and down the isle. I felt uncomfortable as if he thought I would steal.
Bought the next best item, older woman checked me out when I had 3 items she said I can ring you up. I would have liked to look at their Wigs as they had a large selection, but I was rushed out. I will not go there again. I will spend my hard earned money where I the customer is appreciated.
Oh My! The Service I received here was EXCELLENT! THESE PEOPLE ARE SOO HELPFUL AND THEY EVEN LET ME TAKE 2 PAIR OF PANTS OUTSIDE TO MY CHILD TO HIM!❤
They have the biggest selection of men's jeans, women's clothing; tights, dresses, shoes, wigs, shirts of all sorts!
I love the people and employees the nicest and most caring store i have ever walked in. It blows my mind how much they respected me even gave me a 10% discount. 10/10 would recommend!
The products are not bad in the store, and I have spent a lot of money in this store but now I would rather go to Tallahassee. One of the old bats working in that store treats people like dogs. She is as rude as it can be, and I will not reward behavior like that with my hard earned money. She is without a doubt racist. Her attitude is very damaging for that business.
The other lady in there is friendly and the guy is neutral.
