I attempted to give this place a shot twice; it had such great reviews and was so close to home.
The first time the nail tech and I were unable to understand each other due go language barrier and there was no one to help translate what I wanted.
The second time I was given a nail tech that was new to the facility who didn’t know where anything was and was asking where things were located I know it was not their fault but the staff around this nail tech were little to no help. I only did a regular pedicure and a full coffin style acrylic set and the nail tech had to manually file my acrylic set instead of using a drill due to lack of equipment and unfortunately did a horrible job making my nails completely uneven. This whole process took 3 hours!!! I was patient and polite despite not liking my nails at all and the owner was there looking at the job and still didn’t intervene. I would have said something for the $90 + dollars I spent on my nails but I had to catch a flight in less the 4 hours something I didn’t consider was going to take that. Needless to say I will no longer come here due to lack of structure and organization.
I am not one to write reviews but I’ve wasted my money twice on something that was not worth it. And I am sorry to the owner because I know a bad review impacts the business. All I’m trying to do is help another person out from a bad experience.
First time at this place because it was recommended to me . I had the worse experience ever ! I hate my nails and pedicure !!! ???? and im getting married tomorrow ! My toes i told her dont cut leave as is !! She filed them round and then to try and fix she filled them super short !!! My acrylics are croked lumpy she didnt clean out my cuticles and cut me the nails look like they were done by a newbie !! Then I was charged 100+ dollars prices are ridiculous !!! Now i have to go somewhere else to fix this mess before my wedding tomorrow …. Never again !!!
Horrible service done my a man. Did not get his name but he was horrible. I asked for a gel pedicure and as he was cutting my toenails, he kept digging to cut the edges of my nails. I told him to stop and to just file them multiple times, seeing as though they were already short. I later go home and come to find out that he separated my nail from the nail bed and if I would not have told him to stop, he would’ve continued to cut all the way down to my cuticle. You would think that they would stop when you tell them to but he kept on going. I would not recommend this nail salon at all! PICTURES ARE PROOF.

Lady couldn't understand a thing I was saying, butchered my cuticles and had no idea what she was doing. My nails were all different lengths, thickness,crooked. I walked out in the middle of the session it was that bad. 20+ years of getting my nails done, never had a worse experience.
Please see photos!!! I tried my best to give this place a chance. I wanted to get a particular fall style and that I found online and ended up having something totally differnt. The ombre is painted on and it's not even blending. The tree designs are locked in some gel....This Cost me $85 and never again will I go back???? I asked the nail tech can you do this design she said yes. At the end my nails were thick and lumpy..... I wasted my money and I don't even live close to this place. At the end she said sorry this was a hard design to do. Then she says we did not have the powder for the ombre. I said Theresa why didn't you tell me this from the beginning???? She even knows my nails were fkd up..
The nail tech that does my nails is Benjamin. He does a great job, the only issue I have is the scheduling. If you are running behind even a few minutes, you could be waiting a very long time. Also, some of the customers could get a little rude while they are waiting for their services. One last thing is that I wish there was more of a variety of newer trending colors. Overall, I like the way my nails are done usually.
Benjamin did an awesome job with my nails. Very professional. Took his time, and did exactly what I asked for. Will definitely be back to see him!
I visited kellys establishment today 8/16/2021. I brought my daughter who is 8 years old. it is her birthday & I wanted to treat her to a manicure pedicure. Kelly charged me $65 for a mani pedi on a 8 year old girl. the girl assigned to do the services did not follow directions and did what she wanted to do. she didnt put the right color and burnt my daughters fingers with their tools. I was overcharged $100 for a full set.I didnt get jewels or anything fancy & the person assigned to me also burnt & cut my finger. I spoke with kelly and asked her why is the price so much for poor service. she replied its her new covid prices. I spoke with her again over the phone and she was not willing to reason or listen to my concerns. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
