I didn't have an appt so I was directed to a very large man who did my pedicure first. He was extremely rough and did one quick swipe of each toenail with the file. The nails are jagged and uneven and painted sloppy. Then for my manicure he dug deep and hard into the sides of my nails with the trimmer, cutting me on a couple fingers and making my fingers painful to use afterwards. He didn't listen to the simple design I wanted and I was ultimately handed off to another woman who filed my nails even shorter, not asking what shape i wanted and she did a horrible execution of the design. I've been going here a couple years only out of convenience because it's close to the house and I'm a new mom. I do not recommend this shop. They are always in a rush and perform subpar work. Open to suggestions for a new salon!
If you're short on time and trying to squeeze in a no-chip mani, this is your place. I had the time but they had me in and out in like 20 minutes. Only downside is about an only ten second hand massage. Color looks good and has stayed for a week so far.
100% recommend! The staff were so nice, and there are so many things they treat you with. I got the Cucumber Deluxe Treatment. It's a pedicure, but before that, they massage your legs, hot rocks, hot towels, and a ton of exfoliating and lotion. It was $60 and it was worth it. It was so relaxing and I will definitely come back!
Only place I go to get my nails done- the photo I added was a few weeks after having that done. They had never done marbling on nails but quickly figured it out for me. The owner is a wonderful woman and the prices are great! The new renovations are beautiful
I have been going here since I was younger they normally do a great job. However, the past two times have been pretty bad. The first time I paid for a more expensive pedicure which they ended up rushing through because the person wanted to be off right at closing, which i even asked if they were sure they had time before it was even started. Then this last time I got a pedicure and everything was going great up until the nail polish. It was all around my toes and parts of the nails weren't even painted. I did have it fixed when I noticed and even with that I still have to come home and fix my own nails after paying for them to be done. Unfortunately, I think I am going to start looking for a new nail shop.
Nails fell off after less than one week. I got gel acrylics. Also paint was chipping on day 3
This place does a decent job. The staff is very friendly. The reason i am not giving it 4 stars may be silly but it’s because they constantly have the news playing. Generally the people that go to salons want to relax. We do not need to be reminded of the crazy world. I highly suggest they turn on netflix or hgtv.
