I was looking for a specific length in human hair bundles and I checked 3 other stores along Gratiot. None had what I was looking for, the one woman at a different store told me no one sells anything over 24in. Well thankfully I knew that was BS and decided to check out one last store, Kelly Beauty! They had exactly what I was looking for in a few different brands and the price was reasonable. The store looked extremely organized and very big. I can't wait to go back and browse. The young girls behind the registers were very sweet and helpful as well! Also very cool, they have a point system!

This is the best beauty supply store I have ever gone to. There are too many things to name but chances are if you are looking for any beauty supplies then you will find it there. They also have clothing, wigs, jewelry, nail tech supplies, purses and so much more.

Why would you give your money to anyone who does not respect you? This store opens late and closes early. Follows you around while you are shopping and gives you attitude but you still support because of there selection? Come on now. Respect yourself and go somewhere else. Their sign says they close at 9p, employee says they close at 8:50p, but they actually close whenever they want. Don’t have a car, order online, catch the bus, hitchhike. But don’t let them get away with treating you like an animal with a wallet. Love to you all and happy New Year!

They sold me a incorrect item I called and asked them to can I get a store credit the lady told me I could. But once I got to the store. They refused to believe I called .I literally stood there and called the number the phone rung I'm front of the cashier she refused to think i had the correct location

Clerk was very so what ish...no customer service skills..it's not like I reached back there and got the wrong item they gave me the incorrect item! I spent over $150 on something i can not use ..I visited this location regularly spending money I feel as tho I was lied to and embarrassed by the lady working there imagine being TOLD U ,CALLED THE wrong location when I am not mind challenged..I know what location i called.

Do not shop here if you’re black!! They sell products for black people and are perfectly willing to take black money but they don’t want us there at all. One of the workers watched all the women in the back like a hawk and wasn’t there to offer any assistance. I asked her if there was a reason she was staring and following us around and she didn’t say anything. I took myself and my money to a more friendly location.

Definitely have everything but the attitude from the employees have to gooooo I get it every day I’m there lol. And I’m a braider so I’m literally there every day. Plus they open on the weekdays on time but SUNDAY?! SUNDAY?? Don’t even bother until later they literally always say 8am but don’t even open until like 10… it’s 9:32 and says they open at 8:15am. I do want to add my friends experience here, she came in while they were closing, mind you if you let someone into your business, no one’s at the door locking it to stop us from coming in therefore I’ll shop, she shopped and went to the register and a lady said they stop getting paid at 9 so she can’t service her. That is SOOOO rude, had it been me the stuff would’ve been everywhere, luckily it wasn’t. Go in here get what you need that’s it that’s all… you’re nothing but money to them baby

Don’t shop here if you AREN’T black. I was literally being followed around by a group of black women who gave me mean looks and one said “there’s other stores you can shop at”. I was referred to this store by a friend, NEVER coming back. Disgusting people. This area is not a good one and i should’ve known better.
