No matter what your hair care needs are--this place has it! When I tell y'all I go outta my way just to get what I need from here ????????. The store is very neat and organized, and I love how there's just so many great brands to choose from. The people at the front counter are really cool too. Getting out of the parking lot is a bit of a nightmare because the street is always so busy, but overall I love this place.

I always come to the Liberty Road location, I’ve been to the other ones in the city and none of them compare to Liberty Road. It’s always bright, clean, well stocked and a safe atmosphere. Whenever I have a question or need help with a product I’m always left with an understanding at the end and that’s what matters. Today Queenie helped me with ALL of my questions and she was very patient with me, her vibe was welcoming and I left a happy customer. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had to let y’all know what the hype is about at THIS location (LOL).

Good day, I wanted to finally take time out to comment on this amazing woman that gives customer service a whole different meaning!! Her professionalism is toxic until each time I come to spend my money for the items I need and want I always want to express to Ms. Queenie (sp.) that it a pleasure to see her again. She extends great customer service, professional suggestions and even takes time to conversation to regular customers and I greatly appreciated!! There are others like Terrance and today Ky. But today it all about Ms. Queenie and she needs to be acknowledged of just how valued she is!!!????

Ericka was a master and at her craft. She was awesome in assisting me to find the right hair. I recommend her assistance to all. She’s definitely patient and will assist all in need.

I was helped by a beautiful young lady named Kaleayah. She was patient and vety very knowledgeable of all of the productsthat i needed for my son and myself. I left the store with more than i planned to get coming in and thats a good thing. The young lady at the register named Tierra was so pleasant as well as patientwithall of the customers. I shop at a lot of the KC hair stores and I am beyond blown away with the excellent customer service that i received here today. I will be returning to this location for my hair care needs in the future! Thank you ladies you were awesome!!!!

Denaia was very helpful. She gave me ideas and was patient and I left very satisfied with a smile on my face and new wig in my bag .
