I got my head shaved and beard trimmed here a few hours after a tough breakup, and the gentleman doing the haircut was very friendly and did a fantastic job. I had extremely good luck the following two days in general, I think I can attribute it to the confidence gained from the haircut recieved at Kangaroo Kutz. Strongly recommend to anyone

Great experience with every visit. He is the only barber that I will even let cut my son's hair. He does a wonderful job every time and its definitely worth the money. He is very good with kids. My son loves him! You should definitely try him out!

Got my hairline pushed back by the owner after all I asked for was a lineup. I told him he pushed me back and then he became angry instead of owning up to his mistake. If you are looking for a good barbershop I’d go somewhere else.

Haircuts are great! The owner should treat all his children clientele the same though me and my son waited an hour and watched the owner open his vending machine to give the little boy before my son a treat he did not exchange the same pleasantries with my son after we just watched him do it for somebody else he merely cut my sons hair, i paid, and we left... My only upset mr. Slater is that you treat all children the same because children dont understand when you reward one and not the next for doing the same thing and to be honest i didnt have an answer for my son when he asked me why he didnt get anything...

Great place for a haircut. The owner is a people person and offers great service at a reasonable price. I went to him when he was at the university. His new location is close by. Keep up the great work.

He is very unprofessional and couldn’t be open. He says his hours online for today are 9am-6pm. Where im located in akron,ohio. He just lost on his business. He needs to be clear on his operating hours on Google. Google needs to call him and update his hours.

Update: I let my son go to the Barber shop for the 1st time by his self it is very close to my house 3 houses away to be exact 10 minutes later the owner's wife brings my son back home scolding me like a child about how I should not let my son go out by himself I told her that the owner said it was OK if he went by his self she told me that she was the boss and he does not run anything she continued to get meaner and meaner the longer she stayed so I nicely escorted her out of my house I thought that was the end of the situation then she walked up-and-down the street hours later in front of my house screaming and yelling about how she does not run A-day care I was very embarrassed and uncomfortable and even consider calling the police long story short we will not be returning back to this Barbershop too much drama super unprofessional
