Have been going here for a few years. Service has always been good. Last year it started going down hill. The last 2 times I've been there were the last straw. I made an appointment and still had to wait an hour before being serviced. Took them 10 minutes to acknowledge I was even there. A lot of there polish is old and does not dry properly and have had scuffed nails the last 2 times. After hours of dry time.
Tried KV nails again out of necessity after reading mixed reviews as it’s been a while since my last bad experience. T was great and not only did he do my nails as asked he corrected issues with the acrylics done at another salon. I will be back to see T
Nail Tech "Key (?)" Was in too big of a hurry & almost cut my fingertip w the nail clippers 3 times. After the 2nd time I asked him to please be careful. He got smart w me.
He did a sloppy job as well.
I won't return.
Decided to try this place out despite the bad reviews. I’m VERY picky and they were very accommodating and didn’t get too annoyed with me and my pickiness LOL They do best with their own nail art designs rather than photos. I’d use them again!

Went in to get my nails and toes done for my anniversary. Made an appointment and still waited 4 hours , basic color request (matte black). He cut my toe nails so short that when I wore heels, it was constant pain… cut my fingers, I wanted Dip powder on my natural nails and they are so thick it is unreal. Not to mention that after I was cut, waited 4 hours literally left in tears because my anniversary was that weekend and we were going out of town. My nails looked HORRIFIC… then I get charged $100! ????????
KV Nails is one of the best nail salons that I have been to IN quiet some time .I have been to several in and around Gadsden and this shop has to be hands down one of the best! Danny Spent quite some time getting my nails just right for me and I am one picky person if I could give this this Salon ten stars I definitely would.
I came down here for a quick business trip. And needed my nails done badly. I came across this nail salon. They were very nice. A lovely lady Name GiGi. Who took care of my services. She so nice. And her work is so amazing. I was suprise how detail she is. The best part is that she from Florida too. How amazing . Ask for gigi. !!
