Ashley and Julie are the best! Love everyone here! My dip stays on weeks and always looks fabulous! My mom and I both come here and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Schedule an appointment, they are normally busy, but so worth it!
I hope the employees here know that their new owners always try to steal their business. When I come and ask for a specific nail technicians like Ashley or Steven, the owners took me in and do for me instead, telling me that the nail technicians I requested are busy. I hope they know about this. I am a business owner myself and I treat my employees with great respect and dignity. Who would work for employers like this? Eventually no ☝️ after they see this reviews.
Since this nails shop have new management back in July, things went down drastically. There were fightings in the business between new owners and customers and new owners with their own employees. When customers come in and asked for the nail technician that they want, the owners fight to do the service instead. There were 2 couples owners but look like 4 new owners in the shop. Employees look quite confused as whom to listen to. Just bad management.
My clumsy antics always wreck my pedicure. I love the great job the techs do on my gel manicure. It’s a little more, but lasts so much longer. Five stars for KL Nails. ❤️❤️
Love this nail salon. I use Ashley and have had nothing but compliments on my nails. They are open on Sundays which is hard to find.
Should be a 0 star review, Wait time is ridiculously long, you are told 30 mins later and 1hr and a half later are still waiting ended up leaving (only needed a fill in), while people that also walked in are being called and serviced before you, wait time you’re being told should definitely be more accurate
I love KL Nails! I get my manicures, pedicures, and eyebrow waxings done here. I always call and make an appointment, so that is how I mitigate against wait times because they do get busy. I also am not afraid to ask them how much a service cost. They also take competitors coupons, and they have a punch card that you can get punched and after so many punches you get $15 dollars off of your next service. I have used that punch card a couple of times. I also love the workers there because they are super sweet and very talkative once you get to know them. I have tried many different places and never got the same quality of service that I get at KL Nails, so I always end up coming back to KL.
Always come here to get my nails done. They do a great job every time!
