I Never have any problems with this hair store I’m a regular customer me And my daughter comes all the time! Always nice and helpful reasonable prices!
I Just Left This Beauty Supply Store And I Will No Longer Be Coming Here Again . The Asian Man & Women Are Very Prejudice A While Back I Came Here Purchased Some Items With My Siblings Then Handed It To Them And As We Walked Out The Women Chased Me Down To Say We Didnt Pay For What I Handed To The Baby After Showin My Receipt That We Just Paid No Apology Or Nothing Just An OK So I Never Came Back Since, One Year Later Today Im Here With My Baby In The Isle And She Grabs The Hair Die For Me Then The Asian Man Runs Up To My 2 Year Old Daughter And Tell Me Shes Opening And Touching Stuff So I Said Sir What Did She Open ? He Said Well I Just Mean Touching She Cant Touch . I Swear I Would’ve Left All My Items There And Left But I Really Needed That Hair Die And It’s Close To Home . If You Are BLACK Invest Your Money Elsewhere Because They Have Issues And Have Poor Customer Service .

Just left this store. I literally walked in picked up a basket to shop and a young girl behind the counter shouted that they were close. I said ok the door is open she said I know but we are closed. I put the basket down and proceeded to leave the store when the young girl came from behind the registrer grabbed the basket and told me I didn't have to be rude. I said I wasnt the door was open so I came in to shop. I then asked who was the owner and she said “ nobody” I said got it and walked toward the front to find the manager. Then the girl’s mother told me again the store was closed after I turned around to leave. She explained that they aren't allowed to lock the door or close the gate when they are closed if they still have customers in the store. I said if the door in open people will continue to come I'm but no problem I'm leaving. Fine but. that did not excuse her daughters inappropriate comments to a customer!
The ignorance and disrespectful attitude is unacceptable! There are numerous hair supply stores in the area! I will take my money elsewhere.
Walked in to get some castor oil and a headband wig. Found the oil first and proceeded to ask the clerk where to find HB wig and was urged to leave my oils at the counter. Automatically assuming because I’m black I will steal. Had nothing but a small purse to hold my phone and bank card. I told them no thank you. I will not shop where I am prejudged.
I like going to this beauty supply as it is convenient for me since it is so close to my house but my recent visit to the store, I realized that one of the female employees was watching me the whole time until I walked out of the store. For one I do not steal and for 2 i do not appreciate somebody staring at me the whole time I am trying to do my shopping. Will not be back .
I've never had the "following me around the store" issue. I've been all in the wig section without any issues. No, they don't have the best customer service, but hey neither do half of ya'll who are commenting when you're at work yourself. I've gotten hair for decent prices from the store. Bring my two little ones in and all. No issue.
