I just came here with my friend who is a regular, and it was my first time getting acrylics ever, so I was nervous. This was the best first experience ever! Henry did my nails and he was so gentle and skilled. He took his time with me. Kim was also very sweet and skilled. They are fairly priced as well. I highly recommend them!

I won't go anywhere else. Since I moved from PA last year I tried 5 different places until I went to KB Nails. They do an awesome job and are extremely polite. I look forward in getting pampered by them once a month now!

Very clean under nails. No build-up when finished, which allows me to go out without having to keep cleaning my nails to look presentable. Reasonable price, wifi access, and friendly staff!

I was excited to try this salon as it had great reviews, but I did not enjoy my experience. The pedicure overall was good, but they had the news going on TV and it was covering people sentenced to death row - not exactly a topic everyone is wanting to hear as it can be a sensitive topic - I get more stressed. The staff were so friendly, but I had to return the same week because two of my nails had peeled almost completely off. The staff was so kind in fixing the nails, but two days after getting them fixed, the same two peeled again along with the rest of my nails. I’m not sure what went wrong, but have not had this happened before. Gel can usually last 2 or more weeks for me, but this only stayed on a little over a week.

I have been going to KB Nails since they opened. Kim is great. She is always making suggestions about what polish I should choose. I always choose pink and recently and I have been more daring. She is always on time and takes care of me. I also love her pedicures.

Mr Henry & Mrs Kim are the best nail techs EVER! Their shapes are very clean cut! Whatever idea I come up with, they always bring it to life! They’re new renovations (2022) are beautiful! Don’t waste your time at any other place in Cary!

Kim did a beautiful job on my nails..I love my nails :) i usually get french manicures because other nail salons dont usually have a lot of colors to choose from, but this place has the largest variety of nail color that I've ever seen so i chose a really pretty purple color.
