First off, I just want to say the staff is amazing. Very respectful and skilled. I wanted to go from natural black hair to a light pink, and I was able to do so in about 1 week, which is remarkable. My stylist was Eunice, and she was very receptive to what I wanted and was very informed/communicative about how the bleaching process works when making a drastic hair level change. I had minimal (almost no) damage and a very even base because of her recommendations. I was a bit apprehensive of the color because it was a little brighter pink than I wanted, but that was no issue because it faded very nicely with some shampoo. I liked the haircut as well, I just gave her a picture and she was able to reproduce it well. She was very accommodating and was able to make changes if I had any requests. Overall, the salon is also very professional and on time with their replies about any questions and bookings.
The salon is nice, it was easy to book, and I’m very happy with my new haircut and color! Eunice did a great job and even though the color I have now is different from what I expected (more ginger than red), she had told me that without bleaching it would be difficult to obtain the same result as what I showed her. She is very professional. Thank you!
Very great service! I had my black hair bleached 3 times and colored and it doesn't feel damaged at all, and the color is very even and beautiful. Eunice is also very responsive over text and was very responsive to my complaints (When my head started hurting during my third bleach session she responded very quickly). Overall I am very happy with the results!
Very good service. Always satisfied with the result of haircut. Throughout my 4 years at UIUC, I have only came to Juno Hair for my haircuts because of their high quality haircuts. The environment here is also always nice and clean.

Just got my first haircut in juno and absolutely loving it. She is super friendly and the service was great. Honestly better than other shops. This is a salon to go if you like Korean style haircut!
Good salon with great location near campus. Particularly the perm by new designer was amazing. They have only two designers so I would recommend you to make an appointment before visiting.
Kim is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend and come before she leaves! She’s leaving after a year :(( but she was amazing and im glad to have gotten my hair cut from her! I have very thick asian hair and she helped make it light and voluminous
