Girl was very very rude, mean and nasty disposition. I would not recommend this place .

I went with my daughter. We both had manicures. I read the reviews, and most of the reviews are good. I was late and appreciated that they still helped us. I like their technique and my nails look really good. However, the man that helped me has no people skills. He did not say a word to me and kept telling me to relax my hand while twisting my hand in uncomfortable positions. I could not relax because I was not comfortable! After he was done, he did not massage my hands and arms. He applied an oil and told me to rinse my hands and that was it. My daughter had the same experience, and we both agree that the women seem nicer and we could relax better with somebody else.
Today I had a appointment with Kevin and he did an amazing job on my nails. I’m very pleased with his work. This was my first time going to Julie’s nails as my cousin referred me. The nail shop was clean, friendly people and a relaxing atmosphere. Yes, I now have a new nail shop no more looking the buck stops here.

I came to Julie's nails two and a half weeks ago the guy on the left in the back did a full set for me he was very nice and they looked very good. About a week or so later one nail broke so I went back paid for a fill and for the broken nail to be fixed then 4 days later another nail breaks I go in tell the owner Julie and she goes " you have long nails that's not my fault we don't guarantee anything" I said so your nails should last a week or less? She tells me it's not her fault then someone walks in while I'm trying to talk to her and she asks them how can I help you while I'm still trying to get my nail fixed. The guy who did my nails got up and said he would fix it after she proceeded to tell me no but with that customer service I would never give them another dollar worst service ever. HORRIBLE! I'm really shocked people would treat a customer this way.
Got gel nails. The next day it started to chip. They willingly agreed to redo. The next day it chipped again. I think the product was defective or too old because it just didn't stick.
Based on all the 5 star reviews, I expected this place to be amazing. It was anything but. First, they tell you on the phone that it's one price, but when you get there, they up charge you $2 if you use your credit/debit card. That was never mentioned to me when I called and really upset me when I saw it posted, as I was getting my pedicure. At the very least, I would have stopped at the bank. The girl (there are a LOT of young folks here) that did my feet was nice enough, but she seemed extremely inexperienced, especially to be working on someone who has high maintenance feet. She did an okay job.. I just left and my feet still have dead skin, the nails aren't even, the Polish is shiny in some places, dull in others and I feel kinda gipped to put it lightly, but it was better than leaving my feet in the sorry state they were in. When i went to pay, the woman controlling the machine didn't even give me an opportunity to leave a tip.. which made me wonder about the ethics of the older folks working there. It's possible that I might try them again, but I'll be requesting an experienced individual, probably one of the male staff members, who might actually take pride in their work.
