After years of patronizing this business, I was truly disappointed after paying $77+ for a closure that WILL NOT CURL. It is NOT HUMAN HAIR. This never would have occurred with the previous original owners who had been their since Rite aid was in the shopping center. #fakehair

I love going to Joonies they have one friendly person i really like her. It's the short one she is so nice and so helpful and patient. I try to make her laugh every time i go. Because i know i am hard to please. But she take her time with me. That's my girl But this place is the only one i really like going to for all my hair supply. They just need a better vendors to keep them stock in with everything. And they need better ponytail selections
When l go in to Joonie's l feel like I'm being watched like I'm going to take something an l dont steal from nobody, but it's a good store to get ur beauty supplies from. They ladies that work there are so friendly an the music they play in the store is Nice!????
