I had 3 different ideas and Nancy helped me get them perfect. I LOVE them and they're fory wedding so I'm super happy with them
Nails were done fast and people there are nice. I paid $68 for this set when I was told it was going to be $65. They charge an extra 5% if you pay with a card. Please bring cash to avoid extra fees.
Until today jk was my go to nail salon. I want to preface this by saying, I’m by no means professional, but I do enjoy doing my own dip nails. I also enjoy my nails being long.. I go every 2-4 weeks to jk to get the color I put on taken off, and a fill with clear acrylic. That’s it. Then I go home and eventually put some more dip color over top. (I just don’t have time for the entire process anymore and this was a huge time saver with out being too costly.)
I made an appt the 15th for the 16th, for nobody in particular and was seated with Elvis. (Who I’m also pretty sure is the owner). He absolutely destroyed my nails. He has no business doimg acrylic, or even worse, he did it to me on purpose. Instead of building them up slowly with smaller beads of acrylic, he used MASSIVE GLOBS and then tried to file it down after. Operative word, TRIED. it looked like my nails were melting. After 45 mins of filing (I was there for an hour and forty five minutes total) this is what I’m left with:
For reference I’m also attaching a picture of my nails before, so you can see the length and shape. I told him I wanted them left the same for length and shape. Apparently he heard do whatever the hell you want.
Also, I was charged 35, I argued this at payment time and even though my nails look heinous he said because I already agreed that was that. Absolutely criminal. (For the exact same thing I usually pay 22). Awful awful experience.
** I removed the before picture because people were seeing it out of context and that makes the salon look good. Which isn’t the case.
Tammy did excellent on my nails! I absolutely love them.
Tara is the best! She is very sweet, refers to me by my name which I’ve never had a nail technician do, and seems to genuinely care about her clients. I love going to her for my manicures!
Usually can get you in the same day when making appointment. Clean and very nice. They do a great job.
I’m new to the area and have been looking for a good nail salon, bc I can’t get to my nail tech. Their prices are reasonable, but it hasn’t been a full week and my nails are already lifting. ????????♀️
Update: went back to give them another try. The male owner did my nails and they came out amazing! Him and the other guy definitely take their time with their customers. I will be requesting him every time I go there.
