Every. Single. Barber in this shop is exceptional at cutting hair. When I first moved here, I thought it was going to be a while to find a place where I felt comfortable enough to go to consistently. I tried a handful of well rated barbers in the area, and Primo's is hands down the best. Download booksy app in order to book an appointment with them. Honestly, this beats having to wait an hour for a haircut like everywhere else.

After my barber disappeared a few years back I've bounced around to several barbershops. Had some good, bad, and indifferent ones. But none of them did a true high 'n' tight haircut which has been my go to favorite for almost 20 years. A friend of mine was cutting my hair and told me she was moving to SF so the hunt began again for a new barber. I had been to this place when it was JJ's and honestly was gun shy about coming back. But I heard that the new owner was a Marine and that they had a new appointment system. So I looked it up and was very pleased to see they were using Booksy for appointments. I booked an appointment with Juan, the owner, and came in and told him I wanted a high n tight. He knocked it out of the park! Juan has been my barber now since January of this year! I'm so happy to have found this place. I also like the look of the shop feels like your in a MAN'S shop which is awesome. Thanks Juan!

I booked an appointment through yelp for 9:30, was 35 minutes wait. I wasTold that the yelp appointment feature doesn’t work! (remove?)

Then I was seen and I got the worst and rushed haircut ever. A bald fade should be faded in. What I have is a #1 with 0 on the sides and 0 shading. Then... was told that I would not be able to get my beard trimmed or lined up and that I could try and come back for it another day.

Needless to say this was not a good experience at all and I now have to go to another barbershop and have my beard taken care of.

I understand things happen but I felt like I was an inconvenience the entire time I was there.

Best haircuts I've ever gotten. Make sure to arrive early, there's almost always a line. Edit: I stopped coming here because the haircuts are nice but definitely not worth waiting several hours.

Worst hair cut I have ever had. I specifically instructed the guy not to use and electric razor but to use scissors or razor cut my hair, he grabs the electric razor and gave me a buzz cut on side of my head. He need to wake up, many Anglo's have very straight and fine hair which needs to be feathered so it will not stick straight out on the sides. Secondly, he needs to listen to his customers instructions.

First time going to a barbershop and im glad I picked this one. They are busy but it's worth the wait. Great hair cuts for a great price and the people here are very nice.

I really enjoy this place. Went there as it was recommended by a coworker and now I will be definitely going back for my regular cut. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and the haircuts are great also.

Primos is the best in town. Paired with the booksy booking app this makes getting clipped easy and super convenient. Shout out to Barber Juan for also taking care of the Army Vets on our birthday.
