This establishment is a poorly operated beauty supply store. Absolutely no consideration for the customer. I called 10 minutes prior to my arrival to confirm they had the hair I was searching for, they did. I told them I was approximately 10 minutes away - arrived before closing and they refused to open the door or apologize for having me drive out of my way. Highly disappointed in management and will definitely share with others to patronize at other beauty supply stores.
The people who work here are very rude, even after being a loyal customer on several occasions, they would not allow me to return or exchange two unopened and unused items. The multiple signs of this are misleading and the original receipt says something totally different. Don't Bother Bringing Your Business Here Ladies, There Are Better Places!, Beauty World Is Literally Right Up The Street!
Personal experience has been very good here. Polite workers who know how to direct you to specific items and everything is reasonably priced. This will be my go-to store for the foreseeable future.
Always a good experience when I go to JJ's. Good prices, lots of merchandise to choose from and Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

I bought my synthetic wig here and the hair didn't tangle up and fly away as much as I thought it would as it did with a previous wig from a different store. My wig came with baby hair (thank God) and it's so soft, beautifully long, and breathable. They had so many wig options I had to remind myself to just get one (for a party I was attending). I personally knew what I wanted and didn't need assistance, but I overheard conversations with a customer and 2 employees while I waited and they were delightful. Very helpful.
Actually provided everything I was looking for and then some. This location was a bit more stocked and ready
