Best PlaceJuice Reviews

Had breaded calamari for starter amongst other items. Cooked perfectly- not rubbery as it ends up in some other restaurants. Tried the Fiesta platter with rice and chips for mains. Photo makes the dish look smaller than it was. Prawns were well cooked with a good variety of flavour. May try it with a bit spicier sauce next time.
Good service although they weren't very busy as it was a week night.
Absolutely Brilliant!! If you love seafood then this is the place for you! Quality ingredients and fresh seafood these guys know what they are doing. Needed help with cracking the shells and the chaps came and helped us take out the nuggets from places we didn’t even know that existed. Very hospital chaps and always serve with a smile. Will be back again very soon ☺️
Ok if you love seafood you need to try this place, I've had the best king prawns in the uk and I mean it, never enjoyed my prawns that much. My husband had the crab which was very delicious also. Nice and welcoming staff. First visit and certainly not the last ++++
The only nice thing was the presentation… Food was too hyped there’s nothing special about this place we ordered dynamite prawns, prawns platter for 2, grilled halloumi, and grilled cod
firstly the price is absolutely extortionate.
the dynamite prawns were cheap fried prawns that weren’t cooked with burger sauce and parsley thrown on top to make it look nice when in fact it was horribly disgusting.
The prawns platter had no taste even tho we ordered spicy flavour they had no flavour they were totally bland and uneaten felt and tasted old too so I don’t think they were fresh either.
The halloumi was raw and had flour still underneath it which indicated they weren’t even cooked right since they tasted horrendously off.
and the cod by far was the worst tasted like birds eye pound fish with peri salt thrown on it might look nice but was absolutely by far the worst tasting cheap cod we have ever had.
Wouldn’t recommend anyone visiting this place you might think the food looks nice but the whole time we was there we kept thinking about other places to eat we couldn’t wait to get out of there was just utterly disappointing a waste of money on terrible food with no skills on how to cook they couldn’t grill halloumi without raw flour still being present imagine cooking anything else… stay away guys save your money and go to Nando’s next door instead???????? if I could give 0 stars I would…
The quality of food and service here is usually consistent, unfortunately the peri sauce was not up to scratch today due to temporary change in supplier. Chow the manager, recognised us as regular customer and came over and offered a complimentary platter of prawns. I’m quite surprised this place isn’t always packed, because the prawns are the best this side of the M65
Deliciously seasoned food with fresh ingredients. We had the Captains hook and the Caribbean combo with a side order of calamari rings. More than enough food for just under £40. Had this as takeaway a few times but it's better to eat in as it was intended to be served in a restaurant. This is a nice little gem that offers something different for Blackburn, fresh seafood and grills which are as tasty as what you would find on holiday.
Jimmys Killer Prawns, need I say anymore?
This place is a bundle of fun, based in Blackburn, but they do have two other branches based in the UK (Leicester and Manchester).
Globally, they have branches in:
Cyprus
United Arab Emirates
Saudi Arabia
South Africa
Bahrain
The food is of a very high standard, fresh and so tasty. You have to wear disposable gloves to eat your killer prawns! Have a look at the photos if you think I am joking...

Platter for one for a takeaway. 18 juicy prawns, cooked very well with a touch of spice. I've nothing put praise for an amazing box of deliciousness
