My first visit to Jenny's and I am looking forward to a return visit. A nice welcome and I was pleased to be invited to take a seat (I prefer to have my order taken at the table rather than having to order at the counter) The restaurant seemed very clean and my bacon cheeseburger and chips which was quickly served was very nice. The accompanying coffee was also good. Parking in the Broadway centre car park is free for 90 minutes which was plenty of time to walk across the road to Jenny's. Looking forward to going back

This is the first time I tried this place and I am quite impressed. The staff were very friendly and polite. Very good price for the quantity and quality you get.

I go in from time to time (with friends to get a bite to eat when needed) and sometimes take away, the people in the kitchen and the manager are nice along with the food, the issue comes with the waitresses, they bring the atmosphere right down and make it very uncomfortable to be there, they're always miserable and make it impossibly difficult to do anything at the earliest opportunity along with trying to order anything, they never smile and when they're bringing the food out, it's like you've asked them to perform open heart surgery, then its just thrown at you, like I should be thanking them for being in their presence, more so, if there's an issue of their own making, they treat it like you've caused the issue and do everything possible to make it very difficult

If you just want to eat and leave, without any interaction, not such a big deal, but if you actually want to interact and order, I would avoid it on the waitresses alone, they'll make the visit intolerable and have put me off ever going back, to a point where the food could redeem them
