Tom and Rose are the BEST!
I started coming here because it was the closest but I've since moved and now travel to come see Tom and Rose.
Tom does the best manicures, hands down. I like my nails on the thinner side and some places make them look so chunky. He genuinely listens to what you want and does it. Love him.
My daughter loves to see Rose for her pedicures. She's kind and funny and great to have a conversation with.
Most everyone here is super friendly. They remember you by name when you come in which says a lot as well.
Jenny's nails will continue to be my go-to spot!
Go elsewhere , don't give them your time and energy. They don't know what they're doing and they are not consistent. They only person I would recommend is rose she is the only one in there that has great customer service. The rest of the staff can SMD! I came in to ask about a set I got for my birthday that I obviously was willing to pay but instead they decided to talk about me in english and i know they speak their 1st language. So they wanted me hear what they were saying about me. That alone hurt my feelings because I have been giving them business for years, me and my whole family. I cannot believe I left in tears. I'm never going back!
Been to a few nail salons in the area and have not found one as great as Jenny's nail salon the nail work is incredible they are detailed with their acrylic work it's a very relaxing in environment as well 100% if you are looking for gorgeous ????
The nail technician that took care of my daughters nails today was unprofessional and inappropriate in her biased commentary.
Additionally, the nail technician cut three of my daughters cuticle nail beds to the quick causing her to bleed during her visit. Not quality work at all.
The owner needs to provide customer service and quality training to the nail technicians at this location.
We will not be visiting this nail salon again.
This was my first visit. Tom did a great job. Attention to detail was on point. I’ll be back.
So happy I finally found a place that really does a good job. Great prices too. Nail Salons have really gone bad in the past decade or so. I was going to give up getting my nails done until I ran into Han. She literally savaged my bad nail Job from another Salon. It’s been over a month and my tips are still on and my polish still looks good.
So I live very close to this nail shop and I went in to get a full set of acrylic nails around 2014, they were the worst I’ve had. So fast forward 2020 I thought let me give them one more try since it has been a while & maybe they have new nail techs or will do a better job being that soo much time has past since my fast visit and NOOO this time was the absolute worst I had to keep asking her to fix and redo things. My nails looked nothing like the picture I showed her. I feel like every time I went I got someone in training. NEVER AGAIN…..
SUPER Nice people. They did a great job one these toes. They are talking great precautions to keep their patrons safe.
