I got my nails done in memory of my mom, who recently passed. She had beautiful nails and loved having them done. The detail on the snowflakes was beautiful. It made me cry. I absolutely love them. Thank you.
Tram is amazing. She does such a great job with her work; her attention to detail is incredible and her designs are perfect! I think my favorite part is that she always knows your name and truly remembers you each time. Tram & her team (her family) are always busy but you never feel like you're not getting the attention your service needs. Definitely recommend making an appointment if you've never been!
Tram is awesome. Very creative and artistic with nail design. Dip powder for nails work best for me. Never a chip or scratch! Book ahead, she fills up fast. Her staff also does a great job.

I highly recommend not going here my nails were uneven and not done right. I have only been here twice and both times were horrible! I went yesterday because I heard from a bunch of people they got better. I asked for a simple tiny design the guy couldn’t do it and that’s fine I understand that. So I went for just plain gel color he didn’t paint the nails completely the sides had no nail polish on it. There were air pockets between my nail and the tips the shape was all over the place they didn’t look the same some nails were longer then others. After I got in my car I realized the paint so I went back in, the way he wanted to fix it was file it off. All that did was make it choppy and worse. I went somewhere else to get it fixed right and she said they looked awful. I called today to see if I could get a refund and they told me no because I went and got them fixed somewhere else. Which just doesn’t seem right to me because I paid for a service I didn’t receive .
Tram is always so nice and works so hard. She always makes you feel at home and welcomed. The BEST nail salon!
First off they did a wonderful job doing my nails. My experience there was great called me by first name and was very sweet and started up conversation with me. On top of that I had a panic attack and I fainted and threw up and the women doing my nails was so caring about it. She grabbed me water and rubbed my back when I throwing up. AND STILL got my nails done and did an amazing job!!
I love JBL. I always look forward to going there. The owner has become a very special friend to my family. Love you Tram!!!
