Excellent food.
After what has happened today tonight I will never go back if I could give zero I would. I place an order and sent in somebody that was covid free to collect it (I have covid) we go given the wrong order, so we rang them and told them we had got the wrong order and could we collect the correct order (yes of course it was our fault according to the staff), we tried to explain that we could not return we had covid and we would get somebody to collect the food for us. to be told we had to bring the wrong food back I again tried to explain we had covid and it was not safe to bring it back to be told if you don't bring it back we would have to pay in full for the correct order.
Environmental health have been informed.
This is not a safe way to work and has to be against the law but if they are doing this what else do they do.
All to make sure we don't get any free food (at least our bin is full now)

The food was all dry and the speacl chal main was cheep noodles with meat on the top no prawns or nothing I definitely wouldn't buy again from there
Great food with a really great selection of fresh cooked meals.
Portions are great and the owner is very generous hard working lady.
I would recommend Jasmine House if you fancy a take or Fish & Chips they do that really well.

I wish to all and this they now do not sell pies, puddings, fish. Chips and sausage are only made to order you have a 10-25 minute wait for this. They do still sell gravy and curry but im smaller cups and they no longer do large portions of chips.
They are saying staff problems are the reason.
One thing is for certain they have lost me and my family as customers and I am certain they will lose a lot more.
Fantastic service order the food at 7:20 and was ready by the time i arrived. The food was delicious and you get a good portion size. Would highly recommend.
