Lily and Tom were the BEST! I will def be back at this amazing family owned business. I got a mani and pedi. They were great conversationalists, attentive, and respectful of our many nail desires. There was no rushing at all. This is mom getting a pedicure and she loved it. Also, I got to know Tom as young father who left his hometown and medical career for his family???????????????? We never truly know people's stories. Simply amazing humans!

I've waited for a day to review because I didn't want to leave a review while upset. I am fully unhappy with the experience of getting my nails done here. I called and was told over the phone that a full acrylic set with gel would be $55. I get there and showed Tom that I wanted straight coffin shapes. I left with a very curved set that barely tapers and are somewhat crooked on some fingers. I was never told that there was an upcharge for the length and I was given a bill of $65. Obligatory tip and I paid $75 dollars for nails that I just want to get rid of. Also during the nail appointment, the tip got bent on one of my fingers during filing and hurt way more than I was comfortable with and he basically ignored that I was hurt. I loved this salon on the few times I've visited before, but this experience has absolutely ruined it.

Edit: after less than 24 hours, a couple of the nails have the gel lifting of. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Clean and quiet. Got the fire walker pedicure (most expensive) and it was over very quickly. Not much pampering. Probably won’t go back unless I want to be in and out.

I’ve been going here for years, so I must say in the last year I am dissatisfied. When I leave from a manicure I have to file my nails myself and I find my nails to be shorter on one hand versus the other. I’ve given up, and will start seeking other salons in Eden Prairie.

This is one of the top nail places in the metro! My nails never chip and everyone is so kind there! Consistently great!

I can’t begin to explain how pleased I was with Jae Nails! My mother goes to them regularly and they give her AMAZING nail designs every single time! She brings them a photo and they recreate it! They were very clean, very careful and very accommodating! I even asked them to shorten my nails after all of the gel powder had been added to my nails and all they said was “No problem! We want you to love them!”, I have never been to a nail salon before and walked out with EXACTLY what I asked for! They just became the only nail salon I will be going too from now on! Absolutely incredible work!

I’ve been there a few time now and the service has always been great. They are polite and really fast. I even came in close to closing time one day and they took me in no problem. Prices aren’t bad either.
