Nice location… selection of products are okay. More on the exspensive side… you need to check your reciept. The cashier charged me for 6 items when I only purchased 5. I went back inside and he had to refund me. Save your receipts here and check it.
Large and neatly organized store. A lot of variety and staff was very friendly. I bought 8 packs of Yaky for $1.99 each and the results were nice
For my first time visiting this location, the man was nice and helpful. However the woman was rude. Upon asking for help she rolled her eyes, I felt that she was racial profiling. Not sure if they actually do not let people try on wigs. However when I asked I was told no, another lady asked the same question keep in mind she has a different nationality from me. She on the other hand was able to try on wigs. Very disappointed. I won't be coming back to the store that's what's wrong with the world today.
Customers services is terrible. When asking about different products the staff displayed alot of mirco aggressions. I bought my Caucasian client to purchases extensions but we left because the man made both of us feel uncomfortable. Shop Online like ali express or wigtypes.com or a black business where you can invest into your our community and are less likely to experience racism.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff and the store is very organized and clean. Around Christmas they even lowered a price of one of their wigs that my daughter wanted so she could get it. I highly recommend this store.
I've never had a bad experience from the day that they opened and I even remember that day vividly. The owners and the individuals that they employ are always courteous, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. If they don't have an exact item they will show you something comparable if they can. The owners (a family) are each kind and will go out of their way to help. I like to shop around but I always end up back here because I'm.never disappointed. Also, the last young lady that helped me (Nikki I believe) was awesome and gave me some GREAT advice! I hope she never leaves!!
Great selection of products. Found exactly what I was looking for. I had visited the plaza the store is located in so many times and didn’t realize this gem was tucked in the corner. Definitely my go to beauty supply store from now on.
