What can I say about my stylist Felicia! She's the best. Takes excellent care of my scalp and hair. I love how she styles my hair, how attentive she is to addressing my hair needs and always helping me take care of my hair. I've never been in the salon more than 2 hours from start to finish. The owner is very nice and also an amazing stylist as well. You can tell that this place is something special. Thank you for your wonderful services.

J James is THE place for hair. The shop is immaculate, appointments are made using an online system, and Jerome is an absolute professional who knows hair. I moved up from the Bay Area and wasn't sure who to trust my 16-year-old locs with, but I made the right choice!

All I can say is Jerome knows what he's doing and is fast! I always feel comfortable in his shop and he is accommodating to my hectic and unpredictable schedule. Jerome has an appreciation for natural hair and is extremely knowledgeable in how to properly care for my locks. Thank you!

I came to see Jerome all the way from Utah. I was thinking my dreads/hair were a lost cause, it’s very dry, and had started thinning around my nape area. Jerome answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns, recommended hair products and got my hair looking right. He was able to save my thinning locs! So grateful for him and his professionalism! Thanks Jerome!

Under the old fit me in system, I had no problem waiting to be "fit in". Can not have a lot to say about the service if it doesn't start at the appointed time. Your customers time is valuable, if an appointment is made honor it within 15 mins Max. I sat I lobby for 45 mins after being up early on Saturday to make this 9 AM appointment, waisting over an hour of my time. Had to leave without the service as I have other commitments in the day. Very unprofessional, to waste your clients time and leave them without the service due to timeliness. Hopefully this will improve.

Have been using his services for more than 20 years. First my 9 year old son got dreadlocks then 13 years later I got dreadlocks, 2 years ago transitioned to a fro and now a custom made weave/wig. Jay is the very best loctician in the 5 county area. His color techniques are fabulous and his creativity off the hook.
