I went today around 545pm and left around 645pm. This is my first time coming here since my normal place( La Perla Nails )was so busy. I was greeted when I walked and picked my color. They did not have the color , so I picked a second one and they didn’t have that either. I had dip on my nails and regular polish on my toes. I wanted polish change on my toes and gel instead of dip on my nails. I was hesitate about this place because of the reviews , so I tried to stick to basic stuff in case the reviews were true. The overall salon appears like things were bought at random time but all different people. They had a tv going and nice peaceful music as well. The guy that did mine was at number 7 and was chatty and quick overall. I did not see anywhere with prices in the reviews. So I included that along with my finished nails. My total price that I paid was 49 including tax. The price was cheap for police change ,dip soak off, gel and color. I will be back for the cheap prices and friendly service. But for any designs or anything advance then I will stick with my normal salon.
i've been here about 4 times & everytime i come i have problems with the polish or i don't really get greeted i set an appointment a few days ago had to wait 45 minutes inside just to tell me they couldn't get me today so went back the next day and i was in there for an hour without anyone saying anything about my appointment. bad service don't recommend at all.
My husband and I came in for pedicures I wanted gel Polish and he didn't get anything on his toes.
The pedicure was fabulous it took just as long as a traditional pedicure should have.
The gentleman who did my full set was absolutely amazing. He did exactly what I asked for. My nails are beautiful.

came to get my nails fixed from luminous by krogers, they were nice enough to fix the lumps and shape of my acrylics. Although the color I chose was all gone, they listened and color matched with a similar color that was also cute.
Great customer service. The girls were super busy tonight and got both my mom and I in and out for pedicures and Manicures. I love my new nails!
I would definitely recommend J & J Nail Spa! The ladies are always very efficient, friendly, and professional. My nails always look great and last. I've never had any issues here. The salon is clean and orderly. I think their prices are totally reasonable compared to other area salons. There's a wait sometimes but appointments can be made to avoid having to wait too long.
So I was very worried about going here after reading some reviews! But so happy I did. Im not for sure the girl who did my nails, but she hit the head right on the nail. She nailed it done exactly what I wanted. I wanted black nails dipped with white tips. And she did exactly what I wanted plus some. She said she never done this way before so she tried it anyways. I love how they turned out. I would diffently recommend these ladies ans give them a chance to do what you want. And the price was no different then what I pay back home. I live in Michigan and I am an over the road truck driver. I now found a new place to go while on the road! ????
I was the only person of color in the salon, the dark Asian man that works there has a bad attitude. Kim got my feet and lashes all the way together would recommend Kim vs. J&J salon any day.
