This store has Everything You Need in a pinch !!!! It has household stuff, make up, jewelry, wigs, hair, hair products, snacks, bottled drinks (sodas), perfume/oils and temporary eye lashes to name a few. The staff will help those to make a correct decision when buying the hair/wigs. They are Highly recommended by the customers and hair dressers. I wish they had an option to shop online as t the same price!!!!
This is really a great store hardware supplies, clothing, household, beauty,food, good prices.
I personally like the store, yes they are a bit Iffy about the people that come to buy because alot 9f people steal from them all the. So yes they have to be more security conscious. It's in a high crim rate area. However, a very good ???? store.
This store was a life saver during the state shut down. They carried EVERYTHING, from cleaning supplies to hair care products. I was able to get hair supplies to upkeep my hair. My only concern is the aisles are extremely long and extremely narrow. Its impossible to social distance. But the staff was very helpful and friendly.
If you need hair stuff wigs supplies braiding hair they have a decent selection. I have gone to this store multiple times and the customer service and flaky. I seen them kick people out and refuse to service a lady who wanted to purchase from them. I’m not sure what led
to either occasions but the owners said some pretty Nasty things. Just saying if someone scoops low don’t go lower especially as a business
Love the store. Staff very friendly to me Every time I go in probably because I spend -$200 $300 every time I go in. The nice lady even cuts my lacefront wigs for me. Usually get a discount when I get several wigs. They always throw me a few free samples Wish they were open Sundays. I don't think the staff is rude due to the location I would say maybe it's the customers who are rude. I would say it is in the ghetto area. Everyone knows that Asians aren't going to deal with dramatic customers. Not being racist just saying. Overall the store and staff are great and I will definitely be a loyal customer???? Everyone should know there are no refunds on hair!! Almost every hair store has that policy.
I hate shopping here but it’s only one of two hair stores in the area. It’s junky and the staff is rude and short with customers. Household products are way overpriced and so is their food items. I’m convinced that people shop here out of convenience only. If I had anywhere else to buy my hair products I certainly would!
I initially gave this store 5 stars as they are my go to store as I work in Norristown. However today just 1 day prior to me being in the store and spending $100 on hair I was instructed to get out! I wrapped my scarf around my face as I forgot my mask and asked where my mask was? So as I proceed to the register to purchase one. As my plan was to purchase more hair, that's when the same gentleman who kindly rang me up yesterday told me to get out his store because the customers (maybe the one that walked by me with no mask or face covering at all) complained and feared their lives were endangered because I wrapped my scarf around my face. I will NEVER spend another $100+ in this store again. When a employee walks in my office with or without a face covering I dont bark at them I provide them with a mask or kindly advise they need one.
