this is the go to place. they are so nice and patient. I had to have my nails fixed the same day I got them done because the workers at Nails by maceys are awful. At ivy nails they took time to listen and made sure I was happy with the design, did not feel rushed at all. will always come back to this place in a heartbeat.

I’ve never been nicked/cut so many times in one nail session—I lost count. He was going way too fast, and cut a nail so short that it bled. Then when he slowed down, he still continued to get the tool against my skin multiple times. He forgot to take the excess dip off one finger, so then had to drill it off when it had dried. Now that I’m home in better light, I can see how terrible of a paint job it was too. ???? There’s even a fuzzy stuck under the paint and a chunk of dip/nail missing on the side of one finger.
This was my 2nd attempt with the owner. The first time, I just wanted one broken nail fixed, but he took the polish off 3. I had to pull my hand away because I told him 3x and he wasn’t listening—just kept removing the gel nail polish. This time I had to repeat myself over and over too, and ultimately he still didn’t paint what I’d asked. I hear “Van” is good and two other good ladies left and opened their own salon in North Salt Lake. Good luck!
We took our daughter to get her nails done for the first time. They were more than excited to do them. They were patient and gentle with her.
Lisa was amazing she did my nails perfectly and everyone was so nice. It was also really clean and comfortable. Go on a Wednesday, very relaxing vibes ???? I got a full set and pedicure! And Len did my pedicure and was great!
Horrible. I waited 35 minutes even after having an appointment scheduled. Even after choosing my color, the nail tech questioned me on the color I chose. The salon was extremely busy, she was very unprofessional and made me feel so stupid in front of everyone in there!!!! I would never recommend this salon, strictly based upon the way I was treated.
Ombre Dipped Nails are Great! Same day appointment was awesome! I called early afternoon and was able to go in by late afternoon. Very busy salon... I don't recommend walk-in unless, it's early morning. I've been there a couple of times now and all techs are equally, talented.
Worste experience ever! The pedicure was decent. Bur the full set was horrible. Spent a total of 3 hours at the nail salon because they kept putting pedicures before the manicures. For people who came in over a hour after us!
Unfortunately Quality has gone way down here, the tech cut me numerous times, burned my knuckles with the electric filer and twisted my fingers backwards. They also were very disrespectful and rudely smacked my arm and hand, very unprofessional ???? charged way too much for a basic non painted full set that look awful
