I've ordered from hear loads and really enjoy the food but the delivery service is terrible, missing items long waits and overall not worth it. I always collect my order and I've never had it be wrong so if u order that's the way to do it.

Lovely food but I've lost count how many times my order has had items missing. May not seem like a big deal to them but when half your starter is missing, by the time they turn up with the missing item (or 3) the whole meal is cold.

First time trying after recommendation

Another bad meal last 4 3 been bad I won’t be ordering again 1 hour 40 mins last night for slop in a hard bread chicken dry, it’s actually started to put me off I never ate one for a long time after a really bad one from here, manager refunded and offered another it was beautiful but last two times bad again,

I feel put of my favourite food again.
