Went there for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. Linda was my tech and she was very kind and gentle, and she made conversation. It was my first time getting dip powder on my natural nails and I love it!
I just moved to this area and have been trying to find a place to get my nails done. I called ahead of time to ask for pricing on a gel manicure and stated that I was interested in coming in. No appointment was made but they accepted walk-ins so I was willing to wait. I showed up and waited 15 plus minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. They were all busy so I didn’t mind. I continued to stand there and a gentleman stopped what he was doing for a second to ask me what I wanted. Stated I was looking for a manicure. He stopped talking to me and went straight back to what he was doing. A few seconds later another woman from the other end of the store yelled “we are full” and nothing else. I didn’t know if they wanted me to wait or come back later but, everyone started staring at me and I felt super embarrassed and just walked out. Rather than asking me to wait or I’ll be with you in a second, I got ignored and then pushed out the door. I will not be returning.
I've been going to iNails for years. I realized I've never left a review. They always do a good job. I'm a chronic nail biter and when I get my tips put on, they rarely fall off-maybe once in a great while, but by the time they do, I'm due for a fill anyways after having them on for 2 weeks. I also give props to them for dealing with some very rude customers. They're very professional regardless of how rude some of the customers may be.
Well I knew better I suppose from the visits years ago each time something went wrong and this tkm just a seek ago not even now bot my friend and I get our nails done and the day after her one breaks off itching her head ... then 3 more at work as a waitress... and that's not the all of course her nails were un even ans the chunks drilled out of hers and the gut I had did I decent job but was miserable and felt as he took it out on my hands ...also the acrylic they used burns in a very serious way when putting under the uv. I do appreciate the time he spent trying and he does a decent job but I'm qfreqid they will break like hers and the lady she had I think knew she didn't do well i think.
Just disappointing when spending 130 140 bucks for the service we got and definitely wish we waited and went to our normal nail salon but instead get over charged for our nails bc I have never paid that much for a set as well. And now finding out it's uv gel they used and charged us more for when we had asked for the acrylic and very upset with them as of now and will be calling or driving to Geneva to get this situated. ????
I keep trying to give this place a chance but after using atleast 4 of their techs I always end up with cracked/broke nails not even a week later. I get Dip done on my natural nail and have never had this problem anywhere else I've gona so I'm assuming it the products the use of the way they do them.
They did a good job! They came out just like I wanted. Love them :)
I'll never go back!
I decided to try them out and it was horrible
I told the guy I had some lifting so he just glued them down!
Not even a full week later after spending $110 they all came off very very upset about this!
I called Wednesday and made an appointment for two pedicures for my mom and I to go Friday at 10am. We show up and the lady asks what we are there for and I tell her I made an appointment for two pedicures and she told me no I didn’t. And I said yes I did. She told me I must’ve called the wrong place and I said no I didn’t I called there. And she showed me her book that didn’t have my appointment written down and I then showed her my phone and asked if the number I called was their number and she said yes and I replied ‘that’s because I called you to make my appointment.’ And she told me they were full and couldn’t take us, so I said that was fine and we would just take our business elsewhere. We will not be returning there again!
