I have been going to Images since 2014, and I have never had an issue. I currently have Sara C. as my stylist, she is friendly knowledgeable and does a wonderful job.I get a partial with black underneath and blonde highlights on top. My haircut is always nice and so is the style. I think they are a little pricey but you pay for what you get. There is a couple other stylist named Crystal and Candice there as well and both of them are also very good with hair. Crystal cut my hair when I was in school and I graduated in 2005 lol, plenty of experience here, just tell them what you want, and you won't walk away unhappy. Open your mouth!!! Love Images always definitely recommend!

I wouldn't even give them 1 star for their horrible work and lack of professionalism! Went in with less than an inch of warm medium blonde roots and the rest was platinum blonde hair all the way down to my middle of my back. Asked to have my roots blended in better with my platinum since I just received a more professional job and wanted a more professional looking hair. I left with BLACK FREAKIN HAIR! MY ROOTS WERE BLACK! Literally 2-3 inch roots of pure black and the rest of my hair was still platinum. I tried every shampoo in the world and scrubbed my hair for hours while I sobbed. Nothing touched it. I went back the next day and asked to have it fixed. Demanded against bleach and demanded a strand test with whatever they planned to use first. The girl used malibu cpr color removal treatment (her 1st time using) on the back of my head and kept checking it but she thought it wasn't working. So she comes to me and brings me to the sink saying she had to mix something else up that would make it work. Guess what it was!? Bleach! My scalp was burning and she was thrilled it was pulling color in less than a minute. She immediately rinsed and I sat in the chair crying as she tried to rip through my not able to be brushed hair. I told her to stop as I couldn't watch her rip out my hair and that I would do it. I tried to and couldn't because it was so bad. I started crying and pulling the gued hair out of my brush. The girl tried to tell me it was okay cause they are only small chunks of hair falling out not big ones! (Excuse me!) Asking me what I wanted to do, offering to tone my dark orange brown roots. (Anyone in hair knows it's impossible to tone dark hair). So the owner, Kristin chimes in at this point, asking what the problem was! I said I came in with platinum hair, asking for my roots to be better blended, my roots were dyed black, and now after 3 attempts with miracle cpr and bleach, it's falling out and still not the color I wanted. She continued to argue me that I had to have asked for this and even said she would call the stylist who did it. I asked who on God's earth would ask for this and how that would fix my hair right now as clumps of it sat disconnected from my head. She continued to argue me to the point where I got up and walked out! I then went back in to obtain her information and corporate information and she yelled at me in front of everyone in the salon stating she is the "owner" and "what was I going to do sue her?" Well guess what Ms. Sadler, you messed with the wrong person in this town, and I will do everything in my power to make sure everyone, including the BBB and State Board of Cosmetology, knows about it. How dare you ruin people's hair and then blame them for it!! You do not deserve to even own a shop! Especially when you make a inexperienced employee of yours do a color correction not knowing anything about it. That is a reflection of you!

-Day after update, my scalp is still burning, my hair is as dry as straw at the root of my head even after doing high porosity protein masques and conditioning for hours. I decided to wear my embarrassing hair up all day to hide it and then come home to find out there is a huge orange chunk in the back of it from where they originally did the malibu cpr treatment strand test that obviously worked! But instead of doing that all over, and only having to tone out the orange color, they decided to use bleach instead and now my long gorgeous hair is an inch short in the front from it being fried off. Thanks.

I loved my experience! I got highlights. The stylist was very honest and set my expectations straight. Made a plan for me to get to where I want to get. The salon is clean, organized and the employees seemed happy to work there.

Price wise to me was perfect.

Highly recommend it.

Just be honest and understand that sometimes the hair color you want might be a journey not a one and done deal.

You get what you pay for and that is Quality! I have been here a couple of times and found this location on google searches for color experts and have not been disappointed. Lena has exceeded my expectations each time, and is a very skilled stylist and colorist! Do not be discouraged on passed reviews of people reviewing off of another persons review....that is just ridiculous. Come experience for yourself, ask questions, be transparent...Its common to come into a salon with a specific look in mind, trust you will be guided appropriately and left satisfied! Thank you!

Always nice and inviting. We've had hair cuts, HOCO styling a d cors done, never disappointed.

This was my first time here, and I had chandis. The place was so beautiful and clean and all the staff members were super friendly.It's been about over 15 years since I've been to a salon. She was so nice and sweet to me. She did a phenomenal job. And I honestly thought I'd have to have all my hair cut off. I will definitely come back here again. And I will definitely be referring everybody I know.

Walked in without an appointment desperate as my son decided he needed a style cut the evening before his graduation. They got us right in, his cut was gorgeous, the stylist and receptionist were wonderful. Great value as well! Will definitely be frequenting for all the family's needs!

I wanted to try a new hair salon, was recommended by my sister. I was in and out in 2 hours! I have pretty long hair too, Aspyn was AMAZING!! Definitely going back to her from now on. The price was affordable, not overpriced. I highly recommend going, you won’t regret it.
