Walked right in and everyone was so sweet. Loan did my nails and she did an amazing job and was very gentle. 10/10 will come back and request her again.
Tried to have my nails done at first, all I wanted was gel. I had a nail that was torn and showed it to the man doing the polish. He rubbed acetone over it anyway. This wasn't what got me. I ask about maybe doing a tip over it's so he could polish it. Was told no and that I would have to do a full set. So I decided not to have them painted. Ask if I could just do a polish change on my toes. They sat me and had someone come over, look at my toes, she walks off and someone else comes and says "it's going to be $40 for a polish change." As if I didn't have the money to pay for it. I got up and left. I would never recommend. Try somewhere that will appreciate your business and not make you feel as if you are the problem!
5 out of 5 would recommend this spot. They're helpful in picking out the color and the staff I interacted with were attentive and welcoming.

Wonderful Spa! I frequent this place often. The owners are very personable. They always take care in making sure your manicure or pedicure or whatever you're requesting is exactly the way you like. If you're not sure, they have great suggestions and you will thrilled with the outcome. Very clean and all staff personnel take great pride in their work and customer satisfaction. If you would like to have a great spa day, this is the place to go! ????
Went and snag a new years eve appt and man I'm so happy I finally tried them. The job they did for a dip manicure and pedicure was amazing. Such great quality work and my nails look amazing! I wish they did a bit more of a leg massage or Scrub during the pedicure, and same thing for manicure but im happy to come here again because the quality.of.my.nails are amazing. Definitely will be a repeat customer

As a business owner for over 30 years in 16 states, getting manicures and pedicures every other month is a necessity for me. This BY FAR WAS THE WORST NAIL SALON EXPERIENCE EVER. I think they thought because I was a male I didn't know the procedures and techniques of good nail service, or just didn't care. My regular nail tech for the past 4 years move back to her hometown so I was looking for a new tech. I told the owner of the salon this when I set my appointment. It was clear to me that instead of setting me the an experienced nail tech they sat me with a tech with not so much. I didn't complain, I did leave a tip, but not my normal 30% tip either. SHAME ON IMAGE NAILS & SPA FOR THIS NAIL ABUSE!
I’ve been going to Image for 12 years. I don’t make appointments because all of the staff are excellent! Rarely do I have to wait. Trina is a great manager and nail artist. I highly recommend this salon. I moved and tried other places but I’ve returned, make the drive, and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
