I LOVE THIS PLACE! All of the tools they use are super clean, they take everything out of sealed packaging! All of the staff is also incredibly sweet. The best thing to get done are the pedicures they are so worth it! However, they are also so good with designs on manicures as well. I highly recommend!!!

I love this place so much. I wasn’t able to tip as I forgot to take cash out so I feel I should let them know. (My girl is going to get a fat tip when I get my fill)

She took her time getting the shape, asked me multiple times how I felt about them. Just super good experience all around.

I get long nails I’m not sure if they’re used to that but still did excellent.

10/10 experience here at Image Nails!! Not only did they manage to squeeze my friend and I in on short notice on a Saturday, but the service was outstanding! The artists listened to what we wanted and executed our ideas perfectly! And to top it off they give a wonderful and relaxing shoulder massage while you wait for the top coat to dry!

My wife got discriminated by another nail spa in North Adams and she decided to give Image Nails a try. She is so happy with the courteous customer service as well as the work performed. She will never be going back to the other place now.

My first visit yesterday and I loved it! Very clean. Relaxed. Kind people. I enjoyed every moment. It's an experience. I got acrilic and I don't think they could look any better. Setting up a appointment IS a good idea. Seem pretty busy. A beautiful little secret in town ????????????????

I have been going since they opened over 3 years ago. I always love the service and my nails!

Images nail salon is a great place to get your nails done. A mani or pedi, powder, gel or regular polish. All instruments are sanitized or fresh out of a sealed package. I recommend an appointment but walkins are also welcomed.

I think they over charged me knowing I was oblivious. I told them it had been years since I last got my nails done. But service was great and they they very friendly
