This was my first time here. I was having such a great experience when I first came. Pedicure was relaxing, massage was great. However when it came towards the end of my appointment I was RUSHED out of my chair. Due to a large group wanting pedicures, even though I had an appointment scheduled. The gal who did my nails and massage was great, then the man who works there took over. Completely ruined my Pedicure. I even asked him to fix the nail, and he said it was fine. I was really enjoying my time, until they switched up on me... I never write bad reviews, I usually leave ones that are positive. But I didn't enjoying spending $50 on a service, if my needs weren't being met.
I was able to get a next-day appointment. The technician that performed my manicure spent some of the appointment in conversation with his co-workers across the room. It is a small salon, and the background music wasn't yet turned for the day, so this crosstalk was not conducive to a relaxing experience. Although there were about a half-dozen other employees in the salon (in the back or preparing the workspaces), my technician answered two client phone calls during my appointment. The workspace I was seated at did not appear to have been wiped down, as evidenced by the particles/dirt I felt on the countertop as the technician worked on me--there was no towel or mat underneath my hands for the majority of the appointment. After the cuticle trimming portion of the appointment, the technician flicked my excess skin bits onto the floor! The $20 manicure was pretty quick--maybe 15-20 minutes. I asked if they offered a scrub or paraffin wax. I opted for the wax (an extra $10), and was glad I did--my hands got nice and soft! The plastic partition between had speckles/debris on it. My technician and another technician were careful to keep my hands under the dryer long enough. My nails and polish look really nice, but I don't think I will book another appointment at Ideal Beauty and Spa.
My friend and I walked in and they were very kind at first. The girl that did my acrylics seemed very rushed and didn’t even put a base coat on my nails. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but the customer service just wasn’t that great! When it came to the pedicures my friend was burned with the rocks and she even said something but the guy working on it just kind of laughed at her. They didn’t seem very focused on us just more speaking with the other employees. My friend asked for gray and ended up with no color on her toes! The biggest thing for me was them using their own nails to push back my cuticles. They were very rough with my nails and made my fingers bleed.
nothing bad i can say about this place. they were super welcoming from the phone call we booked the appointment to the moment we left the salon. they are so friendly and lighthearted and did exactly what we asked for. we were in and out of there in about an hour for 2 full sets. amazing. we will definitely be back!!
My nails came out so beautiful (gel x extensions) ! Didn’t get the woman’s name but she has light brown hair & sits at the first station. She paid such great attention to detail & had a gentle hand. Definitely coming here again. Also called ahead because you need an appointment due to covid. ❤️
I came to IDEAL Beauty and Spa for a quick and cheap manicure. The receptionist was nice, the waiters were attentive, and the wait time was short. The nail tech did an amazing job on my nails; they were so beautiful!
I had my nails done at IDEAL Beauty and Spa and the outcome was amazing! The staff members were so nice & friendly. Not only did they do my nails, but they also did a pedicure. I would definitely recommend this place! Very good
I love this nail shop! They are so quick, clean and friendly. They offer their customers complimentary drinks as you get pampered. The wait is never too long. I could go on and on about this nail shop. Go check them out,I promise you will be satisfied
