I went in with long natural nails. I get my nails done every two weeks at another fabulous salon but they were closed on Labor Day so I had to go here. I asked for a slight trim and wanted them almond shaped. The manager hacked them down and filed to stiletto points: He was rough on removing my cuticles and drew blood three times. I asked if he could reshape them since they were pointed and crooked. He told me my fingers were crooked. The massage was absolutely horrible, rough and manhandled. I will never return. Unprofessional, filthy and rude!

I thought I had finally found one place I could go…consistently but unfortunately another one bites the dust. Tom did my nails today and last time (not even two weeks ago) the exact same service was $45… today it was $55 with no notice no nothing. Before two colors was one price… it’s not about not having the money it’s about changing on a whim with no notice. It’s unethical amongst other things. I love that I can get in and get out and normally I don’t have issues but today is official and I’m on the hunt for someone consistent…ugh ????

This place is under new management and a new name. Does anyone know where Amy went?? She always did an amazing job with my nails. I went back to learn she was no longer there and the lady who did my nails tried very hard but my nails were not the same. PLEASE get Amy back!!

Avoid this business and any others that don’t open post pricing. They’ve made recent changes in the shop which look great but unfortunately there’s no new pricing new procedures etc posted. You find out when you check out. As a regular customer I found it insulting and “ick” that they just do what they want as they go. There’s clearly no organization holding them accountable and unfortunately many customers accept anything which is how places like this stay in business. I was there for the same service 10 days ago and the price jumped. They “nickel and dime” you as it suits them. Not cool

My normal go-to salon was too busy to fit me so I ended up at iColor, and boy am I glad I did.

They did a great job with my SNS nails, they were kind, efficient and the whole process was relaxing.

Normally I walk away and find a flaw a day later, but it’s been 3 days and there’s no flaw in sight (as you can see)!

I definitely recommend you give them a chance.

I will never return to this salon. The manager (male Asian) is extremely rude AND condescending. As well as a few of the unprofessional nail techs. My finger was cut and the nail tech laughed it off, but she wasn't laughing when I decided NOT to tip her. Also, as a BLACK WOMAN, it was very obvious they don't really like us, but continue to service us by charging ridiculous amounts for subpar service. I'm choosing to take my business and money elsewhere.

The nail tech cut up both of my thumbs and couldn’t do a simple heart on my figure. The work just came out sloppy and tacky, decided not to leave a tip.

They cut my toes completely uneven. The polish they used had something inside and when I informed him that what was in the polish is now on my painted toe nail he refused to redo it. They don’t take criticism well and also rush when others enter the establishment. I have never disliked a nail salon so much. DONT COME HERE.
