I use to shop here like every month spending a minimum of £30-£40 but one day, the constant following of staff like am a thief purely based on the colour of my skin just got to me and I haven’t been back since.. To all my fellow people if you are sick and tired of that kind of treatment check out Pakcosmetics they have an online store now that delivers and their prices are way cheaper than this store that exploits their ethnic customers while giving them prison service. Paks also have stores around London I don’t work for them lol, but I love the store and their selections is unmatched.

The guy at the till is rude and unhelpful. Check the dates before you buy hair products as some can be out of date. Don't buy any of the water sprays as they don't work. I would recommend Charlie's in Shepard's bush as they're super friendly, know about hair and give helpful advice and some of their products are cheaper.
Great selection of hair products however, the leave in conditioner product I usually buy from a shop in Greenford was £1 more expensive than anywhere else.
Really expensive shop considering I usually buy 3-4 at a time, won't be buying from here again, even in an emergency.
