This place is pretty good
Blonde girl that works on Monday nights sucks tho. Was sitting on her phone and i hadn’t been served a drink or even silverware for 20 minutes.
I love this place! No matter how busy, you'll have a drink in your hand a meal in no time at all.
Great service and beautiful young bar tender
My wife and I went here today. I had a double patty burger, forgot what it was called, and she had a bacon, lettuce and tomato club. Both came with fries. My wife said it was the best club sandwich she ever had. My burger was very good and the fries also. Service was good and the price was very reasonable. This was our first visit here but it won't be our last. It was a little loud however.
I bought a six pack about 3 weeks ago. It was over a year past expiration date. I called atleast 10 times trying to reach the manager. No one called me back. No refund. No help. I will never ever say anything good about this place. What a joke. I wouldn’t feed my dog their food. This place is a joke. I can’t explain my disgust with this place. The health department should be contacted. The owner/manager should be removed. I’m not a complainer but they never even called me back after paying 15 dollars for a six pack that’s worth 10 at best. What a joke of a business!
I just moved into the neighborhood and have been stopping in for a drink after work almost everyday. Today I sat at the bar for literally 7 minutes and didn't get served. I didn't see the bartender for the first 3 minutes and when she did appear I sat there and watched her serve 4 different customers then stand there and talk to customers at the other end of the bar while I sat there waiting for service. The barback was working hard the whole time and the food is usually excellent but I'd much rather buy drinks from the liquor store/beer distributor then spend my money at a place where service is optional based on who is working. Completely unacceptable and they should be ashamed to be in the hospitality business.
Stopped in early Sunday evening to grab a quick bite with friends. Young kids playing some of the most foul rap music on the juke box. Management just sat with a blank look. We'll never return! Save your money and time and go where a true business owner values it customers.
I am one of the daytime bartenders here at Hot Shots. We have a menu of pretty typical bar food, but what is not typical is how AWESOME and DELICIOUS this bar food tastes! We have a pretty big beer selection and Tv's everywhere. We are located at the very last stop on the trolley in Library/South Park. I LOVE working here and the people I get to interact with daily!! So stop in have drink, try some AMAZING grub or just say hi!!
We ordered our food, ate what we could and had food left over. We asked for a box and were told we can’t take the remaining food home as it is considered “take out”. We were told an up charge is applied for taking any remaining food out the door as it is “take out”. We said we didn’t intentionally order too much food but it didn’t matter as it’s still considered “take out”. The server never told us when taking our order that we couldn’t take remaining food home or about the up charge policy. This is the only place we have ever been to that considers an unfinished meal “take out”.
