I came here last week and asked for some face framing pieces and inch trim off the rest of my hair. Well i ended up paying $60 for getting almost 3 inches off. Then the face framing pieces are two big chunks of hair not even blended that looks like an 8 year old cut it. I can’t wait for my hair to grow back out and I will not be coming here again. Wish a could get a refund and my hair back. And yes i tried to style it and it still looks terrible.
John is the absolute best!! He talkd to me about what I want to do with my hair and offers suggestions anf we make a great plan! He is such fun to talk to. Wish I would have started going to him sooner.
I saw Laura for my wedding, and she did a fantastic job on my hair! She was very personable and I felt at ease with her. I highly recommend her!
I always have a great experience at Hot Locks. The staff are friendly and helpful, and my stylist, Laura, makes my hair look amazing every time. I have never received so many compliments on my hair color and cut since I started coming here.
I found myself in a seriously bad hair condition situation (to say the least) and in quick need of removal of microlink extensions, corrective color, cut and reconditioning! Long story short: Called Hot Locks early afternoon-got right in for a consult that evening with Page Cent. I have never been so happy and overall just pleased with my hair and feeling after leaving salon. I forgot to include the biggest deal of the whole story--- I m getting married in June! Page was able to listen and understand fully my concerns, gave me a full upfront cost, time frame and step by step detail. I kid you not, she worked miracles. Enough miracles for me to write this review! My hair was beginning to fall into a serious, not pretty to see status that nearly brought me to tears when looking in mirror. I am happy to report nothing but smiles and excitement for the wedding!
Please note- Page s assistant, Dakota was too just as sweet and friendly as they come! Her talent too in corrective color, customer service and care was just great!
