Peter does a great job on my nails!

I keep it simple and request only

solar acrylic nails. Prices are high but that's everywhere. I find the cost reasonable and the staff friendly. They acknowledge the customers and the bathroom is clean.

Wait times can be lengthy, 30-40 minutes on a busy day, but tolerable.

I'm extremely particular but Peter exceeds my expectations everytime!

Katie did a great job with executing the shape I wanted and design. I’d say the customer service could be a little bit better but if you’re willing to overlook , it’s a good nail salon. I was in and out within 45 minutes on Friday around 12:00

I paid $50 for a pedicure with

gel polish and it literally took that man 10 minutes to do my whole pedicure. This included the soak. When I walked out my feet were wet the massage was literally almost like him rubbing in lotion, and that took a smooth five seconds per foot and you pay a lot for a pedicure but you still don’t feel refreshed or your feet are not smooth when they finish. I am extremely dissatisfied with the job of pedicure and this is why I usually get a pedicure somewhere else and then come here to get my nails done because the pedicures are literally the worst. I could have done this at home and it came out better. How do you increase the price but the service gets worse and shorter?

Nice atmosphere. Not my first time there. I ended up catching an infection in two of my nails. Green pus came out the side of my right thumb and now my left middle finger is swollen and sensitive to touch. I haven’t been able to get any pus from my left middle finger. It’s been this way for about 5 days. Definitely concerned

Update 1/23 I soaked my left middle finger in hot water and used neosporin ointment, then proceeded to poke the infected area with a sterilized needle to aspirate some of the pus. I didn’t record this. However, as seen in the video the finger is still swollen. There is still pus underneath the nail/skin.

I visited this location for the first time on a Saturday for a gel manicure. By Monday morning one of the nails had bubbled up and started peeling. I didn’t have time to go get it fixed until Wednesday. When I went into the location they were busy and had a line. I told the person checking in that I came in just a couple days ago and already a nail was messed up, he quickly blew me off and told me I would have to wait in line. Wait in a long line to fix one nail that was messed up because their technician didn’t do a good job to start with. I was already not impressed with this location and that experience solidified my decision to never visit again. Poor technical skill and poor customer service.

Not friendly , the lady was rushing to my pedicure. I wanted my color changed the guy told me $25 to change the color after 30 minutes of leaving The guy that answer the phone said come back to see who the girl was who did my nails.whenever I get. Pedicure I always get the next one ip from basic , she didn’t even ask me what I wanted she she began my pedicure, very rude. The guy that sits in the front is not friendly either he always try to fast talk.

I’m not usually someone to leave a review but I have never had an experience like this before. I told her I wanted dip (I already had dip) she cut the dip off with fingernail clippers and pryed them off with fake nails. Every nail place I’ve ever been to soaks off dip. She didn’t file my nails much before putting on (what she told me) was dip, but put on like acrylic. She didn’t get all of my previous dip off and just started putting on the dip / acrylic on top of it. In the middle of it she told me the design I wanted - which was very simple - would cost $40 extra dollars on top of $50 just for dip. My nails are sore & my natural nails are very damaged not to mention she was rude the entire time. I ended up not getting the design because I knew I would need to go get them done all over again somewhere else and wasn’t going to pay almost $100 for these.

I have been coming here for a while and this time will be my last. I came in at 7pm and they close at 7:30pm. #1 They have 2 older people doing pedi. One has already cut my foot on one service, then the older man did my feet wrong and someone came behind him and had to do it over. Which added another hour for me to seat there. Well tonight I’m sitting in the nail salon as I’m writing this review and the same two older people tried to service me and I ask for someone else. When I ask the other guy he told me NO and that he was done for the day and that they were closed. I say to him well you don’t close until 7:30 if you close at 7 why did both of them ask me what was I getting today? Then he says I’m done and takes off his jacket and starts to speak a different language. Mind you it’s 7:05pm and I always come at 7pm because I don’t get off until 6:30 and I have NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM. I will not be coming to this business again. Your closed but it’s still people getting serviced at 7:27pm
