I went for a gel refill. I already had gel nails on and the tech could not or would not remove the gel nail color from my nail. She replaced one pinky nail and did a refill and charged me $50. I walked out with the same nail color, because as I mentioned she did not change the color or could not for whatever reason, with one replacement nail that did not match the other pinky nail and refill. I asked why I was being charged so much since they couldn’t take the other color off or do a design and she couldn’t explain. It safe to say I will never come back to this nail salon again.

Besides lacking in colors, the technician was rude, and unfamiliar with the safer and more efficient dip removal. She was hurrying and and twice burnt my nails along with applying the nail dip unevenly and also cut down my natural nails Much shorter than I wanted. Using her nail file over and over, each time shorter, her nail shaping needs lots of work. She is not new and is not a student. She claims that the owner doesn't meet the full needs of the patrons and it shows in the lack of applications and colors. The charge just about the same as better salons. I will not go there again, and I wouldn't bring my pet in for a nail groom either. It was that old and bad. Unless you visit finer

Got my toes done that was nice but when I went to the dry machines to dry my toes, the machines were off and I had to ask multiple employees to show me how to turn it on. They constantly ignored the fact I was asking a simple question. The crazy thing is my friend and I were the only two customers there so its not like they were busy they just constantly ignored me.

If your looking for a place with good pricing and don’t care about great customer service then this is the place for you !! They do a decent job but their customer service skills are not pleasant. The manager who everyone believes owns the nail salon is so rude. She is consistently rolling her eyes and when requesting a specific nail tech she is bothered by it.

I work with Boxes Almost 7 days out the week and none of my nails have Lifted, Cracked or Broke. I went almost 3 1/2 weeks Before needing a Refill. Love them!

They came out perfectly and the prices are decent I would definitely recommend coming here

Love these ladies. I’ve been going here for years. And don’t plan on changing that.
