I will not be going back to Rosie's grooming across the street. the woman is extremely rude and wanted to upcharge me on a price I have always paid. Holiday pet groom is very nice and polite and professional.
Holiday Pet Groomers did an amazing job on Harley, she usually hates bath time. She is a pit/husky mix, I bring her here because I know they will treat my baby with the love and care she deserves. Thank you to all the wonderful people at Holiday ♥️
OH HEK YEAH ! Very friendly people! The way they left my German shepherds hair (BURANO) is perfect, not to short, not to long just right! The fur is soft and shiny not to mention they sprayed shed control for my dog. Smells good, looks good and he feels good????????! We’ll definitely be coming back again!!
My daughter took my dogs there i dint like the service, when I pick them up they still smell like dirty dogs. When I called to ask what they did to them the girl said she shower, clean ears and trim nails , but I don't think anything was done they smell like dirty dogs nails where really sharp . And the price was ridiculous for a shower.
My dog looked homeless when I took him. Now he’s a happy dog. I’m not sure what it costs to clean a dog up but my dog sheds a lot and they removed all the lose hairs and made him look good . I wasn’t worried about the cost just a reasonable price and treat my dog good. I’m happy with the results
Took 2 weeks for them to answer for an appt, they only take cash, which would all be fine IF the girl at the counter hadn’t been so incredibly rude.
When I dropped my poodle off I said I didn’t want to take him home with loose hairs cause he gets itchy and didn’t want to have to bathe him after taken him to be groomed. She said they would blow him off and that would take care of that. Prior to picking him up my husband called and asked if he’d been bathed after his hair cut and if not,could he? they answered “all dogs get bathed” so we get there, my dog shakes and tufts of hair go flying, my black shirt and I are covered in prickly fuzz, the girl calls my husband a liar about the phone call asking if he’d been bathed, asks him to show her a recording of the conversation, tells us that they “don’t have time to bathe all the dogs twice” and said “he doesn’t have any loose hair anyway sooo...”
He pays her the $46 and says we won’t be coming back and she answers “That’s fine.” shrugs her shoulders and rolls her eyes.
I took my poodle home to bathe him AND fix his ears before the other dogs made fun of him because I realized what a creative job they’d done with the scissors ????????
Love this place! The staff is super friendly and you can tell from the moment you walk in the door, that they absolutely love animals. They always do a great job on our dogs haircut! Great prices too!
My dog snowwie is always clean trim and smell very good, and if I want his teeth clean they do that too
