Lately they choose their own hours, I tried going in earlier today and she was leaving as I was coming in, was very short and unapologetic. Will only do dip and short nails, so I hear, very disappointed with how Hi Nails has went down hill
Quality was fantastic & fair pricing!
I called in for an appointment for 6, & when I came in it was very busy. I was worried that they would rush my manicure since they close at 7, but she was very thorough & did a really fantastic job. So impressed with the customer service and attention to detail.
Gel manicure for $30!
My 14 year old daughter likes getting her nails done, I myself think it is way expensive. They charge if they are long length, they charge if they are filled a different shape, and they charge if you get 3 different colors. It was $40! I let her do it because it is her homecoming. I think it is ridiculous high though!
Look... They did a decent job on my nails and charged the same as anywhere else but the building is falling apart. You can see where the paint is peeling and it just looks grungy af. Plus they are never there to open on time..... ever.
I am a student at Benedictine and I wanted to find somewhere in Atchison I could go to for nails and this was a great choice! The ladies here are very sweet and they do a great job. Would definitely recommend!!
Even though their prices are right there on the wall, they over charged me each and every time (3 times) I came in for a fill. I have gel put on my natural nails over acrylic to strengthen my natural nails. One of the women who did my nails filed them horribly crooked. To fix them took taking off length! I didn't grow my nails out just to have them cut down because of their mistakes. The last time I came in, I had an appointment but still waited 40 minutes before I was seen. The girl who did my nails was absolutely terrible. She left huge ridges and bubbles in my gel polish. I complained and she attempted to fix a couple of nails but not all that were a mess. Finally I just paid (they over charged me yet again by $8) this time I didn't question it. I simply left, called my credit card company and got my money back. I will not be going back to Hi Nails. It's unclean, and unprofessional and in my experience the manicure was simply hideous. I always left there having to fix my own nails myself. I'd have to buff down bubbles they left in the polish on several nails and then of course I had to re-polish them with what I had on hand at home. So much for the Gel polish manicure I "over paid" for. ????

Not impressed. The most I've ever paid to get my nails done. $50 for a rounded shape and stripes on ring fingers? Less than a week later, they're all popping off. We made an appointment and they still rushed us. I had to ask her to actually paint the side of my nails and not just the top and ended up having air bubbles. Very sloppy work.
