Holland is an absolute gem. I was nervous for my first visit and she immediately made me feel comfortable. I feel like I’m chatting with a good friend, it was a breathe of fresh air - that’s why I keep coming back! You can tell she genuinely loves doing what she does. She takes time to listen and give advice when needed. Can’t stress enough how much I recommend her!

It was my first time here and the service is great! Angelica, my aesthetician assisted me on time, gave me a quick and clear briefing about the procedure. My waxing was very well done and then I received tips to do after it.

Her treatment was professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable.

Cami was absolutely fabulous! She explained everything to me about what she was doing which was very calming to know that she fully understands what she is doing. She took my focus off the waxing by talking about traveling and school,etc. which made the time fly. I highly recommend this salon to everyone as the receptionist was super sweet too!

Highly recommend Hello Sugar for brazilian waxing. I am from Michigan and needed a wax so I booked here after seeing reviews. Bianca did a beyond great job and was super personable! Definitely would have gotten the membership if I lived here!

My first time at Hello Sugar. I was a little anxious having to find a new waxing place since I just moved to AZ. I found Hello Sugar through a social media ad and decided to click on it. The place was very easy to find, very clean, and staff was friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable. Lexi was great, very gentle and quick.

So kind and informative. For a process that’s never going to feel great, it was a much better experience than I’ve ever had. Nice, clean office with a very friendly staff. Signed up for the membership after the first one because they were that good!

Very professional, clean salon. My girl was a sweetheart and made me feel very comfortable (it was my first time in this salon although not my first Brazilian) I'm from Canada but spend a great deal of the winter time in Scottsdale so I was very happy to find Hello Sugar Old Town Scottsdale.
