The man in this shop is very rude! He didn’t listen to anything I asked and just did what he wanted. I asked several times for something and in the end I have a set of nails that I would never have gotten done before on. I also got a pedicure done and the water was cold I asked for hot water and she told me it will and I still never got hot water for the pedicure. He was very rude to other customers walking in, that man is the worst person to have greeting people when they come into the nail salon. I still paid because they had people come in and I don’t want to make a big deal out of it at the moment and figured I would call the next day. Well I called and the man just wanted to argue with me and then hang up. I will never go here again and I will make sure to tell everyone about his horrible service! I wouldn’t even give them a ⭐️ but I had to for this review. ???????????????????????? My fingers hurt the nails are so big for my fingers
This place is so lively, and kind. My mom, my mother in law and I have all been coming here for years. They take walk ins and appointments. The atmosphere is that of any nail salon, but they are also kid friendly. Sometimes I dont have a sitter so I have to bring my 2 year old daughter. I havent had a terrible experience here, if I need my nails to be perfect for an event and not just casual, I don't trust anyone else but Helen's to get the perfect job done.
I absolutely love the way my nails came out, but a bit pricey. Paid $130
I go here to get my armpits waxed. I call beforehand to ask when they have an opening. Half the time they're ready right away. Usually get the same gal and she does fine work. Waxes most of it and plucks whatever is left. Pleasant, friendly folks that always take care of me.
Also, my Grandmother came here regularly to get her nails done. They were sweet to her, even after her mental state started declining and had a hard time talking and getting around. The gals would always give hugs and say they were happy to see her. Really thought that was something very special to my Grandmother at the time. RIP Grandma Johnny

Called ahead and was told it would be 30-45 min before they could take two of us. Sounded like she was going to hang up so I asked if they would take a reservation and she took my name. We arrived and they did seat us fairly quickly for one pedicure and one manicure. However, they were short handed and so my husband waited in the chair for about 15+ min for his pedi. The nice thing is that they do have the chairs with the back massager. He was just sitting there for about 10 min until I went over to show him how to work the chair massager.
My daughter was coming for a regular manicure but the lady talked us into the gel manicure which is priced at $25. A little above my budget but my daughter wanted it so figure we’d spot for it.
There are 5 pedicure spa chairs and 6 manicure stations. I only saw 5 workers for all 11 spots but was busy so they could’ve used more gel on a Friday afternoon.
The place was pretty clean. The salon is bit older and the chair massage buttons were worn off but overall a decent place.
Not a huge selection of regular nail polishes but a nice selection of gel polish. Felt $25 for gels May be a little pricey considering a full set of acrylics start at $22.

Went back again today! Great service as always!! If you try them you will love them! They are friendly and care about the quality of their service.
* I got the Mood color changing gel nail polish. It changes color with hot & cold. I love it!
Staff is very friendly and took their time on my gel mani and pedi. The spa chairs are little old but overall the place seems clean. Could use some updating but considering their prices are a little lower, I dont mind.
