Because they never answer the phone. I was going to set up apps for 6 ladies for Mani and pedis for a wedding. Oh well their loss.

I absolutely love this nail salon, tried it with my bestie before covid hit.. I tried the other salons in roswell and was very disappointed, every time.. I went to happy nails yesterday and am absolutely loving my feet, and I hate feet.. they have the most affordable prices.. next time I need a pedi, I will definitely wait and make an appointment.. only nail and wax salon that I will go to..

I've tried here several times, giving them chance after chance but I'm done.

It's seems like the want to be nice and give quality service but it's just not there for me. I've been cut, rushed and scolded like it was my fault. There are to many nail salons in Roswell for me to be treated this way. Good bye forever Happy Nails

Extremely rude! everyone here seems so miserable , for over an hour I have been trying to have a conversation while getting a pedicure and got ignored. So unprofessional!! Never going back!!!! Then my husband and to pay for what I owed and they charged me almost $40 after my husband left because the designs my daughter and myself got , I told them my husband came to pay for all the work that was done and the owners were arguing with me and lying to me. I'm beyond angry I've never been treated this way by any other place I get my nails done. Now for sure this place is Xed off my list for a relaxing time .

I have read the reviews and it looks like most of the good ones were more than a year ago. That being said I used to enjoy going there but since I moved back less than a year ago, I’ve been turned away 3 times (no one to do a pedicure, make an appointment), I have tried to make an appointment for a pedicure but they never have enough employees. Last week I was able to make an appointment for my daughter and I to go and get a gel manicure and was able to get in. I have to say I’ve never had a manicure that didn’t include some soaking, trimming cuticles or any lotion!!! It will be a very long time if ever before I give them another chance, not really sure with that kind of service that they’ll be in business much longer ... did I mention we were in and out of there within 30 minutes.

I tried many times to be patient w/Happy Nails and went numerous times, but the service is terrible. They are so rude & unprofessional. Seems to me they pick & choose who to be friendly to. I've been turned down several times. I ran in once to get my 3yr old daughters nails painted just painted would've taken a few minutes & Jen said they had no time for her.I honestly have no idea how they are still in buisness treating people in such rude manner! Need less to say i tried Lilly's Nail & Spa and wow was the experience so much better & they were so kind to me i recommend Lilly's over Happy Nails! Please dont spend your hard worked money at Happy Nails.

One of the best nail salons I have ever been to. The salon was spacious and elegantly decorated. The workers were professional, friendly, and timely. I received the green tea pedicure which was reasonably priced for the outstanding service I was provided. My friend received a gorgeous pink and white gel manicure. I would definitely come back to Happy Nails & Spa and I highly recommend it to others as well.

Alice is great!!!! But I went vback to get an acrylic nail replaced and was questioned as if I were lying that they placed it. then after filing it down they cracked it on one side then refused to replace the nail. the head man there was very very rude to me and embarrassed me in front of all the customers. I have to find someone now that will do the nail. I will never go back. I will never refer them to anyone ever!!!!!!!
