I have to tell you I read the reviews and was skeptical. I know a couple people who go here so I gave it a chance. Well, I’m glad I did! Went in for a mani/pedi left feeling and looking great. Cheng was awesome, the place is clean, she took the time to talk not just the typical silent treatment and my feet and hands feel great. I’d definitely recommend.

My girlfriend goes here and I started going there with her and I feel comfortable with the people who work there and the people who own the business

I just left this salon after having a horrible experience. First the do not wash any of their tools in between use. They raised their prices for horrible quality work. I got gel acrylic tips and I asked for them to be cut shorter since I work with kids and I was told “I don’t want them to be too short. The file will make them shorter” which they did not. I got a square shape but they are extremely wide and odd looking. The sides are completely missing polish and there is acrylic all over my fingers. Yes my fingers, not around my nail or order, my actual fingers. I was charged $45 for these awful nails. I will never be returning. I would like to attach pictures but they have shut that option off

I got my nails done here for the first time last night..Havent had them done in years..They did an amazing job...She talked me thru what she was doing and gave me options and asked my opinion along the way...Looking forward to going back in a few weeks for a fill...

I've been coming here for almost two years and I love it. The environment is always super friendly and calm. Han makes me feel like family. She always does my nails, gel manicure, amazingly while being kind and hilarious. I also get pedicures here and had them done from different nail techs, they always come out just like I want. There are tons of colors to choose from too which isn't I see often. It's a great place to get your nails done!

They're nice but way too overpriced. There's no reason why a polish change on toes (Not a pedicure) for white gel polish should be $40. I could've gotten a full gel pedicure if I knew they'd charge prices like that to just take off regular polish and replace it with gel polish...

This is not my first time going to Happy Nails & Spa. I have been here before plenty of time but this time the tech was very unprofessional during my brief time there. At first I want a Manicure but decided to get a full set when I sat down. I told the tech I need a full set and he started file one of my hands. He probably didn’t hear me under my mask but regardless. He didn’t have to be rude to me about my me time. I told his manager. She apologize for him which is still unacceptable because he should have apologize to me. Funny thing is he did my nails before and there was no problem.
