First time there in two years. Great service, I was immediately greeted and seated. No other waiters were before me and I was serviced pretty quickly. Love their attitude and how effective they work together. Two people worked on hand and they both did great. I will be returning again

This is my FAVORITE place to get my nails done. I like getting relatively simple, trendy nail styles (I always show them a photo from Pinterest) and I am continuously so impressed with the work they do. So friendly and efficient, as well as clean and professional. Out of every salon I’ve been to in Birmingham, Happy Nails is hands down my favorite.

Were quite rude upon entrance and with only one person ahead of me said that it was going to be a long wait.

Very nice and very clean. The people here are legit artists. They did some *amazing* work on my fiancée's nail because they were looking surly.

Just kidding. The crew is professional, social and jovial. They're right on Green Springs too, so it's easy to find. Prices are good for the high quality work they do. Best time to go is morning to around 2PM on any day that isn't Friday or the weekend.

This was the first and last time I will ever patron this establishment. The woman with the short bob haircut, whose station is the first one to the left when you walk in, did my fill-in, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. I was pleased with the nail service, even though she told me I couldn’t get regular nail polish with a gel top coat. She said they don’t do that here. On the other hand, not her waxing skills. She suggested an eyebrow wax. I was skeptical until she explained that I only need to get them shaped and cleaned up since I have thin brows. She completely messed up my eyebrows. She trimmed to much from my left brow leaving the start of my brow very thin, but my other brow was nicely done. She claimed my brows were already like that, but I saw her trim one side and not the other. She even tried to fill in her mistake with an eyebrow pencil to show me a difference. When I expressed my dissatisfaction in service, she became rude and told me that no one should ever wax my brows. My brows are thin and grow differently. I’ve never had this issue before with any other business that provide a waxing service. I now have to fill in her mistake with an eyebrow pencil until my hairs grow back causing an inconvenience. I don’t wear makeup on the regular, but now I will have to make an exception daily until nature corrects her mistake. She was going to charge me for her incompetence until I mentioned that I wasn’t going to pay for it. This was a horrible experience. If you don’t believe me, I uploaded photos to the review page.

They did a great job on my pedicure and my full in I will be going back.
